Good starter set
This is just the perfect size for me I regularly make queso fresco and 1 gallon fits pretty well I just love having fresh cheese without chemicals or additives.

Squeeze the cheese

cheap solution for the occasional home cheese maker
This is not a professional cheese press by any means, It definitely does the job at a low cost. I am not sure what the purpose of the wing nuts and top caps are for? I just slide the top board over the 4 bolts and add the recommended weight. be sure to put a plate underneath to catch the whey seepage and protect the bottom board.

Works fine with shorter molds. The wood could be thicker making it more stable but decent value.

Good quality for the money. It was easy to set up and use. My son suggested I could also use it as an apple press. It cleaned easily and fit in cupboard easily.

The cheese making kit came in good condition. The quality of the product is excellent. I bought the small version which is very much enough for me. Small and cute and space saving. They provide assembly instructions and its super easy to assemble. Height is adjustable. I highly recommend buying this product. 5*

Très pratique!
La presse m'a changé la vie. Avant les poids que je mettais au dessus exerçaient parfois trop de pression sur un côté et j'avais des fromages pas toujours réguliers. Ou parfois les poids finissaient par tomber. Maintenant j'ai des fromages à pâtes pressés bien plus beaux avec un affinage plus régulier!
