So far I’m happy but then I don’t require instructions or hanging equipment to finish the job. We have built houses including our own over the years so we are creative.

the panels don't seem to recharge the battery. so the fan don't run with the battery and when i connect the fan directly to the solar panel the fan barely spins. Good concept but it does not work. I was hoping to cool my storage shed

I've had installed in my shop for 4 months. Moves a lot of air, but given that the attic space is about 1,000sqft, I'm going to add another to the other end. Was an easy install and plenty of extra cord to allow flexibility in placement of the solar panel. It does whine a little at full sun when its going its fastest, but its not something you hear inside.

I put this in the corner of my dogs’ 10x10 pen and they love it!

Purchased to help move more air around greenhouse when sun is up and thinking of buying another (would have bought two off the bat if was $100 each).. The unit claims no wiring necessary but when mine showed I had to connect the fan wires and the plug wires together. Not hard but meant I was at a stalemate and had to run to store for electrical tape and cut the wires to expose the two off the plug as the fan was already cut and sodered (to small of wire showing). If was $100 and no wiring I’d give this 4.5, due to price I’d give 4, but because had to wire and buy equipment I gave a 3. I sell lots of garden equipment and fans (in-line, regular fans, wall mounts and so forth). Fan runs in overcast and really runs when sunny.

they sell a 65w fan with a 25w solar panel (plug direct, no battery needed ) but this does not work, then they tell me that I have to BUY another 25w panel for this motor to work. DON"T buy this set up it does NOT work. If you are selling a set, it should work. I should NOT have to buy extra parts for this to work.

Very well made product. I'm using it as a crawlspace ventilation fan.

Junk ...Just Junk picked this up for a greenhouse the fan doesn't move a lot of air for one and will run for a bit and shut off because the battery dies this is a problem when it's the hottest part of the day. The solar panel is to small to fun the fan with out the battery so it will run for a bit then stop sun beating on the panel and zip..
