Epson Workforce ES-65WR Wireless Portable Sheet-fed Document Scanner with Premium Accounting Features for PC and Mac

This is my first ultraportable scanner and im very happy with it. The only unexpected caveat is the wireless function seems to only "pair" with one device at a time although i havent investigated thoroughly. I just use the USB cable on my 2nd PC. The accounting seems useful so far, good option if you dont have an existing spreadsheet or record of expenses. The scanner software is good, i like the push to scan button on the device - kicks off the epson scanner software on PC. The scanner feels solid, seems like features are well implemented and stable.

If you do not have one of these yet, get this one. If you scan loads of crap - like me CONSTANTLY scanning receipts and invoices - this is actually easier than taking pictures with a phone. The software is great (On Windows) frankly there are a lot of these, and I read a lot of reviews, and figured I'd get the middle of the pack, and I love - Love - as in TO LOVE this thing.

Not clear how to use yet. What I was looking for was a scanner that I could scan receipts into excell to create inventory for my small business.

I purchased this scanner so that I could better itemize the hundreds of receipts that I get on a daily basis. It is so easy to use and takes up no space at all. Simply plug in and go. Great for working on the go or in multiple offices.

this seemed like a good idea but it is overpriced for what happens. it doesn't stay connected at all with wifi or even directly plugged in. when opened it had zero instructions in the box... it was like we received a previously returned scanner. after I went online to get drivers (thank goodness I thought of that) it still disconnects from the computer/laptop after two page scans, and you can only load one page at a time and it is not double sided scanning. pretty expensive for this piece that is super frustrating to have to wait for a connection then load one at a time paper.

The scanner works great when connected. My biggest complaint is when you have to change networks. It is a PORTABLE scanner and it is supposed to be WIFI. That would imply that you would be changing networks on a regular basis. There is no way to do this within the scanner's installed software. The only way to connect to the scanner after changing your wifi connection is to connect to the scanner via usb and re-running the installation software, which allows you to reconfigure the network settings. This means downloading the entire install package and running it yet again. Why on earth is this not possible within the application? If you can stomach this headache every time you move to a new coffee shop, airbnb/coworking space, you will love this scanner. It works great. ONCE IT'S CONNECTED.

Eazy peazy set up. Recognized my home network immediately. Great portable scanner. Feeds fast and true. Smart Scan program is intuitive.
