Beautiful set!

QUALITY The canisters are weighty ceramics with a highly polished finish that adds to their beauty. The lids are banded with a rubber seal that keeps them tightly closed when you’re not getting out the contents, which is a godsend when you have ants frequently plundering your sugars. COLOR We have grey/gold/brown/white kitchen countertops, so the light/dark brown canisters match perfectly. The color bonus is in the band that wraps around each canister - rectangular shades of gold/browns/orange add an overall lovely richness to the look of the canisters. Excellent purchase at a fair price… we love them!

Of note, the attached photo shows the cannisters with the labels I added. The ceramic cannisters come without those labels (flour, sugar, brown sugar). You can buy adhesive labels like this to add to the cannisters for less than $10. The cannisters look exactly like the photos. The lids seal well, with a silicone type seal. The lids are removable with slight force to overcome the air seal. Actually, I'm pretty impressed by the way the lid seals to the cannister. It works well, providing an air seal, but not so tight that you can't remove the lid, and not so loose that there's no seal. These are ceramic, so I'm sure if I drop the lid or cannister -- it'll crack / shatter. But then again, that's what ceramic does. The glaze is well executed. The colors are nice earth tones. There is no harsh smell at all. In fact, I don't smell anything when I first opened them and smelled the inside of the cannisters -- no smell no residue that I could detect. 5 stars.

Great little canisters. 70’s colors. Cute for the counter. They look really nice. They do have a large lid that cuts into the amount you can store in the canister- so if you are looking for something with a good amount of room this may not work for you. Also the elastic around the lid seals well - and when pulling the lid it can get stuck. I use these for things I need smaller canisters for.

I use these on my kitchen counter and they look beautiful. They are good quality and the price was very reasonable. I use them for baking needs, flour, sugar etc. I’m very pleased with them.

They are very nice but not very large. Mostly for show.

I like it - it matches my dishes - but it is small like cookie jar size - not really flour/sugar size
