Product Description Review: Very Handy 10-in-1 Steam Mop – Love It Overall - I really like this Neo 10-in-1 steam mop cleaner. It’s very versatile and easy to use, and the different attachments make it useful for floors, carpets, and even windows. The design is lightweight and practical, which makes cleaning quicker and less effort. It heats up fairly fast and is convenient for everyday cleaning, and I do like how fresh and clean everything feels after using it. The only small issue is that the steam output sometimes feels a bit weaker than expected, so I wish it produced slightly stronger and more consistent steam. Overall, I still love it and find it very useful for regular home cleaning – just with a bit less steam power than I anticipated. Review: Great 'entry level' model - I've never bought or used a steam mop before, so rather than going straight for a more expensive model I thought I'd buy one of the cheaper ones first, to see if it was useful. It is! The instruction book is really really poor and is full of typos - a classic example of its type. The main steamer unit needs to have the relevant cleaning parts attached to it before you can use the machine, so you can't use it 'straight out of the box', but the pieces are attached by just pushing them into place, so that was easy enough. The hardest bit was covering the garment-steaming attachment with the elasticated microfibre cloth thing, and even that wasn't super-difficult. So far I've tried the machine as a steam mop and as a hand-held fabric steamer. As a mop it started out really well and actually lifted YEARS of grime from the corners of the bathroom floor. The steam mop attachment doesn't let you get right into the corners, so the more expensive models on the market are probably better, but it definitely did a better job than any manual mops I've ever tried. However, after a few minutes of use, the microfibre cloth did get a bit soggy and so it became less of a steam mop and more of a very-hot-water mop. So although it did a better job of cleaning than a manual mop (especially in the kitchen, under the front of the oven), it left more water behind. Again, a more expensive model would probably not have that problem, but for a cheap machine it did OK. Also, it was the first time I'd used it, so maybe in future I'll experiment with changing the steam settings, to see if that makes things less soggy and if the water evaporates more quickly. I then tried it as a hand-held fabric steamer, and had a go at steaming the creases out of bedclothes. I hate ironing cotton sheets and duvets, but on the other hand I hate seeing them all creased (and I don't have a tumble dryer, so sheets get REALLY crinkly after they've been washed). I tried the steamer on several pillowcases, a super-kingsize fitted sheet, and a chunky cotton bedcover. It did a really good job and I am never ironing bedclothes again! First of all I tried it on a couple of pillowcases before I'd actually put them on the pillows. That was a bit fiddly because I had to lay them out flat first and then hold them still without getting scalded by steam. So I tried putting the pillows in the pillowcases first and then steaming them, and that worked. Same with the fitted sheet and then the bedcover. If I'm honest, it probably takes as much time and effort to steam bedclothes as it does to iron them, and maybe it was just the novelty that made it feel like less of a chore, but until further notice I'm going to steam sheets instead of ironing them. Overall I am glad I bought this thing. It doesn't take up much space, it does a better job on my floors than a manual mop, and it gets crinkles out of my sheets. It starts producing steam within about a minute, which I was really impressed by. I'm actually looking forward to trying out its other attachments, like the window-cleaning and oven-cleaning attachments. And it was relatively cheap. We have very 'hard' water where we live and so no doubt the machine will get clogged up with calcium and will stop working at some point, so then I will have to decide whether to buy another cheap one or go for a more expensive model. I think when the time comes I will probably go for a more expensive model, but that's because I've been so impressed by this cheap one!

Useful for light floor cleaning, but too flimsy to feel reliable for much beyond the basics
Purchased this Neo® Hot Steam Mop Cleaner mainly to clean my floors, and I was hoping it would be one of those handy all-in-one tools that makes you feel weirdly accomplished while blasting dirt into oblivion. Unfortunately, my experience has been a lot less impressive than I expected. It does handle basic floor cleaning well enough, but once I tried to do anything a little more demanding, the limitations showed up pretty quickly. The biggest issue for me is that it feels a bit flimsy. Right from the start, it did not give me that sturdy, dependable feeling you want from a cleaning tool you are going to be pushing around regularly. It is the kind of product that makes you instinctively handle it a little more carefully because you are not fully convinced it can take much pressure. That was disappointing, especially since a steam cleaner should feel solid enough to deal with real cleaning jobs, not like it might get offended if you ask too much of it. Stability is questionable. For simple floor cleaning, it is okay. It seems to manage basic tasks reasonably well, and if all you want is a light refresh, it can do that. But when it came to more complex jobs, the kind of deeper cleaning you would expect from something advertised as a multi-use steamer, it really struggled. That was frustrating, because the whole reason I considered something like this in the first place was to have one tool that could handle more than the bare minimum. Instead, it feels more like a basic cleaner dressed up with big promises and extra attachments. Water capacity is limited. Heat-up time is fairly quick. Maneuverability of extra attachments is limited. I also found that when a product advertises itself as doing ten different things, you naturally expect at least a decent level of performance across those jobs. In reality, this felt more like a machine that can technically attempt several tasks, but not necessarily do them well. There is a difference between being versatile and being overambitious, and this lands a little too close to the second one for me. It gave me the impression of trying to be a floor cleaner, carpet cleaner, window washer, and hand steamer all at once, while not being especially great at much beyond light floor work. Overall, I would say this is disappointing. I bought it for floors, and while it does basic cleaning well enough, it feels flimsy and struggles with anything more involved. If you only need something for quick, simple jobs, it may be passable, but I would not recommend it if you want a sturdy machine that can really handle the wider range of tasks it claims to do. Honestly, this felt less like a powerful all-in-one cleaner and more like a gadget that talks a big game, then gets tired halfway through.

Lightweight, easy to use and fantastic customer service
I purchased this for my elderly mom for mother's day, it is very lightweight for her to lift and use, her reports are it is a brilliant unit and easy to use and has made her cleaning routine so much easier thanks to this, it leaves clean and dry surfaces and floors and is a perfect accessory to any home. We had a slight issue with our product that was dealt with and a replacement offered and received within days of my customer service contact.

Lightweight, easy to use steamer.
Great little steamer, good value for money. Comes with accessories. Lightweight and easy to use. Only bugbear is keeping the cloth on - and it doesn’t come with a spare one.

Unit was throwing cold steam more or less like humidifier.....
My unit was not working the way I expected. Mop stick to the floor and it's throwing cold steam. I was fearful to put my hand in front of steam initially but then I realize that it's just throwing cold steam like a Diffuser (Humidifier). When I put Item return request, it's not Amazon return and it's like personal post back to the company. After taking it with Amazon and Seller , they returned the money though.
