Yes, you can. Foxydry Mini can lower up to 1.80 m from the ceiling. With a 3 m ceiling, the rack will stay approximately 1.20 m above the floor, which is still comfortable for hanging your laundry.

Can I install Foxydry Mini on a sloped or angled ceiling?

Yes, installation on a sloped ceiling is possible. You’ll just need to adjust the cords during installation to keep the drying rack perfectly level. This ensures smooth operation and even weight distribution.

Can I install it on a plasterboard ceiling?

Foxydry Mini must be secured to a solid structure such as concrete, brick, or a wooden beam. Plasterboard alone cannot safely support the total weight of around 15 kg (including laundry).

Can I make the cords longer?

No — the cords are already at the maximum safe length. Extending or replacing them would affect the product’s balance and safety. For very high ceilings, consider an alternative Foxydry model, such as our wall-mounted systems.
