will the small fit a really small head of 20 inches and can a woman wear it

We have two of these Sunday Afternoon hats in our household...one is a Medium and fits my wife's 22 inch head and a Large that fits my 23 1/2 inch head. Both are quite comfortable and can be worn in different positions on our heads.Hope this helps in some way.

What are the dimensions of this item?

The large Havana hat is approximately 13 1/4 x 13 x 4 1/4 inches. The brim size is 2 3/4 inches. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We will be happy to help you!

Do they come in a hat box

They are shipped in a box that protects the hat during shipping, but a "hat box" isn't included. I have a hat stand made of wire that i store my hat on when i'm not wearing it that keeps it from getting damaged.
