very nice, perfect size

I wore this for my Halloween costume baby shower and went as a Greek Goddess. I would have normally worn a small, but I ordered a medium because of the extra weight on me. I'm 8 months pregnant, 5'5 and currently 155lbs. The medium was perfect except the top was a bit loose. It was really comfortable - good quality. I got tons of compliments. Most importantly, the whole back of the dress is the dark purple color, not white, so it isn't see-through on the bum. Thank goodness. And the purple piece hanging over the front covered my big baby bump perfectly so no unsightly belly button showage. The white part showing on the left hip was a bit see through but I wore nude underwear and this wasn't a problem. If you wore black underwear you'd see it. I didn't end up wearing the arm bands because they were a bit scratchy on my skin. Other than that - it was a success! And you can't beat the price.

Ordered this for a toga party we hosted. Wonderful quality for the price (less than $25). I'm six feet tall and usually wear a size 8. I ordered a size medium, which was pretty fitted but not too tight. Larger chested women may want to size up; I'm not too busty (34 or 36B) and found the upper part of the bodice to be a little revealing, but not too much so. The fabric was pretty thick compared to what you usually find in these type of bagged/cheaper costumes, so not see-through, but it did show panty lines so I was careful about what I wore underneath. The bottom of the toga hit me just above the ankle, which worked because I wore lace up sandals. I would imagine it would need hemmed for petite women. Also, this comes with two arm bands, which match the trim on the skirt and around the sash. They fit pretty well around my biceps, not too tight or too loose. I had to buy the wreath/headpiece separately. Be careful when you put the medallions on (they attach with a safety pin at each shoulder); too much fabric bunched underneath will cause the safety pin to bend and not fasten securely.
