great read
What a twist. I never figured any of it out. I will be reading more Harlan Coben books. So many characters kept it very interesting.

Gripping and Unpredictable
"Just One Look" by Harlan Coben is an absolute page-turner that had me hooked from start to finish. The plot is masterfully crafted, keeping me on the edge of my seat with its twists and turns. Coben's writing style is engaging, effortlessly pulling me into the story and making it difficult to put the book down. The characters are well-developed and relatable, each with their own secrets and motivations which kept me guessing. I loved how Coben expertly weaved their stories together, creating a complex and captivating narrative that had me constantly questioning who could be trusted. The suspense in this book is top-notch, with surprises around every corner. The pacing is just right, escalating the tension and leaving me eager to find out what happens next. The ending is satisfying, tying up loose ends while still leaving room for contemplation.Overall, "Just One Look" is a thrilling ride that I highly recommend to fans of suspense and mystery. Harlan Coben once again delivers a gripping story that will keep you thinking long after you've turned the last page.

I couldn't put it down
I tried to read James Patterson's latest, which he (and his co-author) says was the best book he ever wrote. I was terribly disappointed and then found a Harlan Coben book I had not yet read and knew from page 3 that this was the page turner I had hoped Patterson's book would be.Grace Lawson picks up a newly developed set of family photographs, and finds a picture that doesn't belong-a photo from at least twenty years ago with a man in it who looks strikingly like her husband, Jack. Jack denies it's him but he disappears that night, taking the photo with him. Grace tries to find Jack and in the process encounters killers, torturers, and memories of her past that she had lost due to a terrible accident. The tension starts in the first chapter and doesn't stop until the end.Like many of Coben's books we are introduced to many characters who seem to have nothing to do with each other, but as the story progresses, they get closer and closer. Coben is also famous for twists and turns and in this book, just when you think the mystery is solved and the story is over...it isn't.I can't recommend this book highly enough. I did nothing for a day and a half but read it until I finished it.

Difficult
I enjoyed the story. But, I don't thonk I kept track of all the characters. I've read most of Hatlans books, but I could wrong thinking there are more characters in this book than any other Coben book!

Great story. Bad female narrator
Normally I would give a Harlen Coben book 5 stars but this one I can't. I listen to all of my books and with this one the female narrator almost made me want to stop listening to it. I don't know if it was her first time narrating or what but her voice was so cold and unemotional I was almost as if they had a text to speech program reading her portions. After every sentence she read there would be a longer than necessary pause it was almost unbearable. There is another narrator, a man he is a bit better but his parts are far less. I would still recommend this book especially if you are reading it but if you are listening like myself prepare yourself for a robotic delivery from the female narrator.I mean no disrespect to any and all who work on audio books including this one. Without your time and hard work I'd have to read it myself haha.

This Was So Much Fun, Until.......
The end. I had read reviews that said there were a lot of characters. So from the very start of the story, I made a list on my cell phone of who each character was. This worked really well through most of the book. I really enjoyed this story, the writing was great, it was a real page turner. I really liked Grace, the main character. I was fascinated by all the different sub plots, and was trying to piece it all together. Then, the ending came. So, I'm sure that it all makes total logical sense. But, I would have to sit there and read it several times, probably draw out diagrams to figure out exactly what happened. I have a general idea, but that's about all. Because there are just so many details and characters, it was too confusing.Regardless, the good of this book far outweighs the bad. I enjoyed so much of this book that I can forgive the confusion at the end, but I also cannot give it five stars. This is the first Harlan Coben book I have ever read. I will definitely read more of his work, but I do hope that I can figure out what happens in his other books without so much brain drain.

Coben delivers another masterpiece!
So if you have read a non-Myron Bolitar novel by Coben you know the basic premise. Someone is missing... and a loved one is looking for them. Very familar and very awesome. My favorite types of stories are mysteries that happent to everyday people and that is what Coben excels at. I am sure that is why Coben has become my favorite author.Grace Lawson is picking up her pictures from a photo mat (probably one of the last people in America to not give in to updated technology) and finds something she was not expecting in with her pictures. A picture of what appears to be her husband along with several other people taking around 20 years ago. When she shows this picture to her husband he pulls a disappearing act. Now she must try to find her husband and Coben is going to throw plenty of obstacles, such as a past personal tragedy and a relentless serial killer, in her way.Another brilliant, page turning suspense thriller by Coben and if you are a fan of his you should not miss it.Grade A+

Another Outstanding Coben Masterpiece
I’ve read over 30 Coben novels and this ranks in my top two. Masterful storytelling. It’s a page-turner with all the plot twists and suspense you’ve come to expect and love from Coben. Kept me guessing until the very last page.
