Improved flow rate - wish I could say the same for my prostate
I literally received the aerators (2.2 GPM) today and installed them immediately into three expensive Grohe bathroom faucets and they worked great. For those not familiar, the purpose of aerators is to reduce the amount of water that comes out of the faucet, shape the stream of water, prevent water from splashing when it hits your hands, etc., and importantly catch debris and lead particles that may have gotten into the water. We have a water softener, and it produces deposit that can clog the aerators. I had tried to clean the original aerators on multiple occasions with limited success. These replacements were easy to install and fit well with the existing fixtures. The company provides more rubber gaskets than needed for my faucets as well as a small roll of thread sealing tape (which I did not use). The water flow is uniform and currently no leaks. Time will tell how well they perform over an extended period, but in general "experts" recommend cleaning aerators ever six months. For the price I might just replace them every year or so instead of cleaning.

Worked as advertised
Have a Delta faucet. Aerator was corroded. Took to plumber shop and they put the wrong gpm aerator in. When I came home my faucet was very slow. Faucet didnt shut off when using sprayer. My faucet required 2.2gpm, not a 1.8 gpm as was installed by shop. Ordered this 2.2gpm aerator and has worked like new. Good fast flow. Sprayer works and faucets shuts off when using. Sometimes the pros dont know what they are doing. Best to learn and do it yourself.

Excellent. Replace ALL of your aerators now!
Replaced my 8 year old 1.2gpm ones with 8 these 2.2gpm ones. Massive improvement. I've attached a photo of the old ones to inspire you to replace all of yours as well.

Quicker hot water in bathroom sinks -- YES!
Tired of "slow hot water" to your bathroom faucets? These aerators, and the faster (green) 4.5 gpm flow restrictors may help. Most bathroom faucets restrict water flow to about 1 gallon per minute and in larger homes, it seems to take forever for hot water to reach the bathrooms. These devices can significantly reduce that time, albeit at the expense of some wasted cold water. They provide good aeration and are easy to clean and replace. Just make sure they will fit your faucet. These will fit many bathroom faucets, but only a few kitchen faucets.

Aerator
They work great when installed on your American Standard faucet. Do not use them for filtering your wine, when attached to a Standard American filtering hose. They will become stained and yucky.

Fits perfectly

Worked with delta faucets
Fit great on my delta bathroom faucets. Seems to work the exact same as the original did before getting clogged.

Measure yours first, and hope for the best.
I measured mine with a digital caliper in all the places it showed in the picture, and none of the numbers was right on, but they were close enough, and recommended for the Moen faucet I was working on, took a chance. Good thing, as once here, the pictured measurements were off, but the actual product was almost exactly the same, so in they went. Now faucets work like a charm. In heavy mineral laced water areas, I recommend you swap them every year, or at least take yours out and look at them, trying to blow back through them the direction the water comes out. If it's hard to blow through, replace it. 2 sizes of washers that come with it are also great, as those rot all by themselves it seems. Replace them at the same time. Controls the flow of water out of the spigot nicely.
