Do i need to have three seperate sensibo units if i have ac units in different parts of the house? is there some sort of wired extender that plugs in?

You want three separate Sensibo units so you can program each location differently. That's particularly true if you use the "Climate React" feature which can have the device turn on/off at certain temperatures/humidity levels. Also, note each one is the IR device that communicates with your device--they need to be in the same room with line of sight.

The Sensibo Plus paid subscription is an optional addition to existing features available for free, such as the ability to control the AC via the app or web app, trigger the AC according to either a pre-set schedule or the room temperature measured by Sensibo with Sensibo’s Climate React, the ability to trigger your AC using the geolocation on your phone and as well as the option to voice control your AC with Google Home/Assistant and Amazon Echo. Does this work with Pellet Stoves?

No, Sensibo is not compatible with Pellet Stoves.

does this unit have a motion sensor to automatically turn unit off when you leave and turn back on when you return?

It's based on Geofencing, not a motion sensor. The mode is called Location Awareness which when enabled will turn your a/c off when leaving and on before you arrive.
