The pens pictured are two different types of bic pens. Im looking for the first one with most of the pen in grey. Which k actually being somd?

I ordered the BIC Z4+ Roller Pens, Fine Point, 2 Pens (Z4CP21) but was sent the BIC Roller Glide Deco Roller Ball Pen, Fine Point (0.7 mm), Black, 2-Count, $3.26 in error. Be careful if you order the BIC Z4+. You may get two of the Deco pens and be unable to return them. And, a message "Since your previous order, this product has increased in price by $2.52 to $6.19." Z4+ pens were ordered on Wednesday and the BIC Roller Glide Deco Roller Ball Pens arrived today. Do not assume that what you see is what you will receive.

24 count, 4 count or 6 count? The description is confusing.

My order was a 4 count (4 pens x 4 packs =16 pens.

Is there some reason red pens are more than blue or black? Does anyone know?

It's either rarity or the ink is more difficult it expensive to manufacture. Traditionally different color inks do require different chemicals to synthesize, of varying rarity.
