I love this probiotic. It has helped my system recover quickly after antibiotic use and is something I take daily.

At first this product gave me some gas and stomach discomfort, but after about a week my body adjusted to it. Since then, I’ve noticed I feel much better overall when taking it consistently. It seems to be helping support my digestion and balance. I would recommend giving it a little time before deciding if it works for you.

I wasn't a huge fan because I was used to a better probiotic specifically with strains for women's vaginal health. These had a lot of other strains but not the specific ones I was looking for. I realized then that Jarrow actually makes the one I was looking for with the strains I wanted. It's their other feminine one. So, I am much happier with their other one. Just pay attention to which strains you are looking for in a probiotic to make sure you buy the correct one for you.

OK, let me be real here… I know some of you will relate to this and a lot of us have been in this position at one time or another: we smell bad down there and we don’t know why! This was my problem for a while until I found this supplement. I used to have lots of problems with leakage and discharge and that left me feeling super insecure because of the smell. This product has worked since I have been using it(3 years). I had UTI issues before but since using this I haven’t had an issue at all and I don’t even use it all the time, only when I feel my vaginal balance might be affected. It was recommended to me and I am happy it has worked for me.
