I purchased this almost 2 years ago to the day, and I thought it was high time I reviewed it. In a word? Outstanding. It's made of durable plastic and, if the need arises, simply wipes clean quickly and easily. It holds at least 50 of the 5-oz Dixie-type cups and I would imagine even more of the 3-oz type. The hinged, flip-open lid makes it super simple to refill. Open, drop in cups, close, done. The mounting hardware it comes with is very quick and easy to install, and then the whole unit sort of slides onto the metal wall "hook". This makes it very easy to remove the whole unit from the wall for cleaning, etc. should you want to. The convenience of having these cups nearby can not be overstated. We distill our own drinking water and keep a large dispenser of it in the fridge at all times. When the grandkids visit they love to grab a cup from the dispenser and enjoy a drink of fresh, cold water. We go through a lot of cups, yes, but Amazon sells them in bulk at such a great price that I only need to stock up once a year or so. This dispenser has been used for the past two years by countless adults and 4 very active (and thirsty!) little people -- and it is as new-looking and well-performing as the day I bought it. I'm considering adding these to the bathrooms in the very near future. All this and the price is under $8?! This is an amazing purchase any way I look at it. Great price, great product. One of my all-time favorite purchases. I give it my highest recommendation.

I looked everywhere for a simple cup dispenser and could not find one. I finally found this one and it worked perfectly. It is large (so it does hold a lot of cups), larger than I expected, but it works great and is perfect for my use. I wanted this to go with my new Washer, so I could use 5oz Dixie (actually store brand) cups to put in detergent without using the lid (since my new washer requires specific amounts of that HE detergent). This dispenser holds the cups perfectly they stick out the bottom enough to grab hold of one and when you pull it out, only one comes out! It works great! In the end this works great with the 5oz plastic cups (flat bottom) I bought and holds them all. It is easy to install (install the wall plate and slide it on) and you can load the cups through the top. I am very happy with this and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a nice cup dispenser that works!

I spent a lot of time reading reviews of other cup dispensers when this one seemed to only dispense multiples. Finally I saw one review that indicated you should rotate the cup as you pull it from the dispenser. While it is a bit less handy, and every once in a while you get more than one cup, it works much better that way on this cup dispenser. Most of the time I manage to only get one cup at a time. I believe after a while it will become second nature for me to extricate just one cup by gradually twisting the bottom of the cup as I pull. I have updated my rating to four stars . I do think that loosening the stack of cups before you drop them into the tube also helps. This will get mounted on the wall and provide clean cups for use during tooth brushing or when you need a sip of water. In these days of COVID getting a clean cup each time is worth the extra bit of paper waste. This is a pretty good cup dispenser and does work with 5 oz. cups. Just in case an extra cup should fall as you twist and pull a cup from the bottom, I recommend mounting it above a countertop or shelf to catch a possible loose extra cup.

I mounted this on a wood frame that holds a small refrigerator in my barn. I like this cup dispenser as cups are loaded from the top lid, keeping everything inside sterile and clean. Seems to dispense one at a time for a quick drink out of the ice box. Screws come with the quick-dismount style holder and were easy to install (used a torpedo level to mount) a sturdy slide down holder interacts with the holder for quick dismount to reload cups. I've only used 3 oz cups so far. Would purchase again.

In general, the dispenser is good. There is something that could be better though. The pins that hold the cups appear to not be so strong to separate the cups when being pulled. Sometimes it leads to wasted cups because people end up pulling 2-3 extra cups.

We have been using a plastic cup in the bathroom, and it just doesn't seem sanitary even though we change it pretty frequently. This paper cup holder is perfect. I read all the reviews where people said they cut it down to a smaller size, and I can still do that sometime, but the size is not bothering me as much as I thought. It is a nice, clean white color. There are metal prongs that dispense cups neatly, one at a time. I like using the 3 ounce size paper cups with it. You could also probably use 9 ounce, it's based on the diameter of the top of the cup: about 2 to 2.5 inches. I just screwed it into the wall (it's not on a stud), so if it ever loosens I can go back and use molly bolts. So far it has been just fine. I put 100 cups in it. By the way, I bought it "used" which means someone returned it. I washed it out, in case they touched it (I don't like germs), and it's perfect, just like brand new. I highly recommend this paper cup holder.

I have two of these and I love them. They are easy to install and slide off and on to put in cup refills. The lid is easy to open and close. I saw some reviews about pulling down two cups at a time and most all of them do that. I found a couple of tricks that make all the difference with that. First tip is to buy cups that do not have a wax coating or are slick on the outside. Amazon sells cups that are not coated. Also when you pull down on this particular model, pull as far on the bottom as you can. I use two fingers and pull from the bottom rim. Works everytime.

I am glad I purchased this item, it is of very good quality, it helps to keep the counter top clear in my small bathroom, and it also holds a lot more cups than I would normally keep on the sink top. I think I recall that it also fits a few different cup sizes. I also like the factor that it is white; it matches the other units in my bathroom (tooth paste, mouthwash and soap dispensers, tooth brush disinfectant machine and the napkin holder). It was easy to mount this cup dispenser, and easy to locate it in a very convenient location. I could not be happier with this product. I should have purchase it a long time ago. Now all the items I would normally have on my sink top are mounted on other surfaces. I hope this review was of help to you. :)
