BEWARE! BUY IT IF YOU WANT TO WAKE UP TO A FLOODED HOME!!! The lever was very hard to press. We decided to keep it because we liked the design. After less than one month of use, the inner hose liner developed a puncture and sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. We woke up to the sound of running water and came to find out that half of our home was flooded by about 1.5 inch of water. We were lucky that we discovered this problem about two hours after it had started, otherwise we would have woken up to a swimming pool inside our home. We contacted the seller never heard from him. STAY AWAY!

Beautiful addition to any bathroom. The brass plating is gorgeous. Installation may be tricky. I got help from plumbing supply. Forceful spray. I added a gold hook for the really long hose.

Very nice roduct

I was happy to find this to add to our Victorian pull chain toilet that has polished brass pipes when COVID hit. The down side is it is difficult to use because the trigger is hard to hold down.

Great quality product, good water pressure and easy to install.

I had it for 4 months and the rubber hose bust open, causing water damage in my bathroom and apartment below.

It looks great and the water flow is great. Seems to be made of good material too, which is a bonus. Installing it was easy and straightforward. Just make sure to buy the T-connector that connects it to the water source, and get one that has a shutoff valve, so you can adjust the flow you get on the bidet.

Cheap quality

Only issue is that on off valve handle is hard, otherwise very good quality
