It's good at this price point. Not that soft...I had a similar pillow before which was much softer but I think this provides better support to the neck.

This pillow is very comfortable and You can use this pillow for multiple purposes like while traveling ,while watching TV or reading book etc. The pillow is very soft, so you can also twist it in several positions and control how tight it will be around your neck with the ropes. Quality of the product is so good and it is very helpful. This neck pillow gives you great comfort as it wraps gently around the neck for relaxing the head and neck muscles and provides super soft and best support simultaneously to the head, neck, and chin while sleeping upright without getting a stiff neck. I recommend this neck pillow to all those who used suffer from neck stiffness and discomfort during traveling.

Lacks desired softnesses!

I recently purchased a neck pillow for flights and travel, and I'm so glad that I did! The pillow is incredibly comfortable, and it supports my neck so well while I'm on the plane or in the car. The pillow is also made of a soft fabric, which makes it very pleasant to wear. I'm also able to adjust the pillow to fit the shape of my neck, so I'm not left with an uncomfortable fit. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone who travels frequently!

Feels Lil tight at neck

This is by far the best travel pillow I have used, firm but comfortable. It keeps your head supported and allows a decent sleep on a long haul flight however it can get quite warm when used for long periods. The only down fall was that the strap that attaches to the head rest is not very flexible; when applied on my TUI long haul flight to Thailand I needed to sit upright and this was very uncomfortable and so I used it without the strap. I'd say the older generation my be better value for money as the extra £10+ for a strap that can not be used on all planes does not seem warranted.

i bought this twice and both times i could see that the neckpillow is kind of tighter for the typical broad necked indian. for people who are not overweight or with smaller body frame , this might be most comfortable , but for people who are slightly on the heavier side, you cant put the strap on . You can only wear it like a neck band and hope it doesn't fall off. Ideally it should have a larger elasticity for the wearing comfort. However, the cushion is good .
