A little overpriced for a gp-5

I opened this filter up wanting to remove the contents to ensure without a doubt that my son would come to no harm wearing this mask. Inside the filter as well as activated charcoal I found a paper filter which we have since read contains asbestos. If you research these filters, many websites and even Google strongly advise you not to wear/use these filters on gas masks. The filter part of the mask certainly does not appear to be a 'replica' but it appears to be original and Russian made. In addition, the filter is likely lead paint. These are clearly not for wearing and especially not children! I have looked at many other gas masks for sale in your shop which appear to contain the very same filter. I do not understand how you can state they are not asbestos and are safe to wear, if this is the case it is important you provide safety data sheets. Without this document it is only safe to assume this is hazardous. BUYER BE AWARE!

La mascara es realista y buena, además de que está homologada. Lo único malo que veo es que si o si sí tienes pelo largo, o con volumen, se necesita taparlo con un gorro o algo parecido. Se pega mucho a la cabeza y eso dificulta ponerselo

Se dovete acquistare la maschera, fate attenzione. Il filtro che vi arriva è originale. A me era datato 1978. NON USATE QUEL FILTRO. I filtri GP-5 contengono Asbesto (Amianto), che anche una breve esposizione può ridurre le vostre aspettative di vita. Sono filamenti più sottili di un capello, che se inalati (e usando questi filtri c'è il rischio concreto che succeda) provocano il cancro ai polmoni. Non ci vogliono giorni per accorgersene, ma anni. Perché rischiare? Non fatelo. Se volete comprare la maschera per fini storici, OK. Se volete acquistarla per utilizzarla, comprate un filtro moderno, come un FP-5. L'attacco della maschera è 40mm GOST, e non 40mm NATO: non confondetevi. Il filtro originale tenetelo chiuso, come reperto storico da esposizione, ma NON USATELO.
