Do you dilute this for garden use

Yes I always dilute it, about six parts water to one part J fluid.

Does Jayes fluid kill weeds?

Yes it does, but use it after a rainfall when the weeds are in drinking mode. Weeds are exactly why I bought Jeyes fluid.

I don’t think so, but we have artificial grass so do not know for sure.
