Whenever I feel my back tightening up, I roll on this a few times and the pain goes away.

Apparently I bought this 11 years ago. Just wanted to say that it works great and is still in like new condition.

I started using this product at Pilates and loved it. My daughter started complaining about tight muscle aches after running cross country and playing soccer. So I purchased the same product. Best product! She uses it regularly and it really helps her. And for me I get to use it for regular aches throughout the week. Great purchase!
