can u use this product to sync 3 cylinder engine??

You should be able to. Either buy the attachment that lets you do 4 cylinder engines. Then follow the service manuals instruction on which carb or throttle body to sync with what. If it will to two and four then it should do 3. Big thing is follow the service manual. You should be able to do it with just the two but you will have to swap out hoses and block off one of the carbs.

What is the difference between this version the 110 and the 111?

Tecmate says it is a European vs. U.S model number: TS110 EU / TS111 USA-CANADA (https://tecmate.com/products/carbmate/). I am in the U.S. and have the TS110. It works well on my BMW R1200GS (fuel injected -- connecting hoses to throttle-bodies). Since it runs off of 12V supplied by the bike, I don't see why U.S. vs. Euro would matter.
