There is nothing I disliked about this lock. I installed on my front door. This is the only lock set I found that had a video and step by step instructions ( 4 steps ) included in the product information on Amazon. It works just a lock should work.

Great product. I’m a single mom of 2 kids & decided to get a double cylinder in order to keep my 3 year old child in the house. He’s a runner & likes to take every opportunity he can to get out of the house & explore. This was the answer along with a door alarm. I installed it by myself in 10 minutes.... that includes the time it took to take my regular deadbolt off. Super easy installation as long as you had another style deadbolt there before. If I can install this, anyone can. Came with 2 keys & they glide like butter. The lock does too. Super smooth & great quality.

I've had this product for a while it's a solid lock. Keep it lubricated with silicone spray you'll have no problems I do recommend this.

Remember to always leave a key near this lock. This is in case of an emergency.

I installed it on my gate to replace the existing when I lost its key. Works perfect and installed easily. I saw a 1-star review here that said "you have to lock it then unlock it to remove the key.... Then you can't even use the exterior key unless the interior key is in the lock". I didn't have those issues and I'm just curious how he installed it and then blame the product.

During this review keep in mind I've been a maintenance man for over 15 years. I've installed hundreds if not thousands of locks. This is the biggest piece of garbage I've ever seen I had to install this and remove it and reinstall it again several times. I kept thinking I was missing something. Nope just a piece of garbage. Atleast with the one I installed you can't insert the key on the inside then lock it and remove the key with the lock still locked... you have to lock it the unlock it to remove the key.... how does that make sense? Then lol you can't even use the exterior key unless the interior key is in the lock. Who thinks of this bull? Who designed this piece of garbage?

My long-time locksmith groaned when I brought this to be rekeyed. It’s not meant to be rekeyed. Lowest end materials. A true hunk of junk.

It's a royal pain in the butt to put together, but if your on a budget it will achieve the goal your going after. The front face and the tumbler are 2 pieces it makes it hard to hold the pieces to line it up. Honestly I would of paid another $20 to avoid the aggravation buy a quality one

deceptive "stainless steel" more like plastic steel. okay if locking some internal door in a safe place. if need for any securing, definitely do not get. one punch and the lock will fall apart or break open.

Ordered 2. Noone is working properly. You can lock it in full only from one side. From another side it's going only halfway.
