take it weekly
I take it on a weekly basis year round, and I don't get sick very much anymore. If I do pick up something from my grandkids, it doesn't last long.

VERY SKETCHY
this product does not say that it has FDA approval, after looking into the ingredients i decided that they were way to sketchy to even think about trying it. i would never give it a bad rating just for that, the problem is that there is absolutely no returns, so i'm stuck with this item without any usage:( :(

Works great!
This stuff works really good. At the first sign of sickness, take it and it should cut it in half. It did for me anyway
