Great mat, little bit on the expensive side however, it is very nice quality and super easy to assembly. The thickness is perfect and really helps with impact motions.Would recommend!

Claims to be non-slip, it moves all over. The strips to align the edges already look like they will curl out easily. Foam is much softer than expected, does not appear as hard wearing as advertised.

2.5センチの厚さが良い！
厚み1インチは2.5センチ！すごく厚くて下の床を感じる事はないです。ストレッチをするのにもマット要らず。匂いは届いた日に半日ほど外の日陰で風を通してから設置したらほとんど気にならない程度でした。ただ靴下だとすべるので靴または裸足で使うと良いと思います。
