Could this be used for testing moisture in loose leaf tea?

I believe these moisture testers, or another model that the company manufactures, could be used for almost any bulk product but would need to be calibrated by the manufacture for any such product. They are from Finland and I found contact information as follows: info (at) farmcomp.fi and phone number 358 9 7744970. I hope this helps.
