Would anyone be kind enough please to measure the overall width and depth of the mask itself? It looks a lot larger than my current mask.

My wife's one is 21.5 cm wide across the front, and 7.5 cm vertically, down to the sewing above the 'nose flap'. The 'nose flap' is about another 3.0 cm. My wife has the double-elastic model (1 above and 1 below the ears) which she finds too large, but my daughter (with slightly smaller face) really likes hers! It's very soft and silky.

Is the strap normal elastic, or silk covered? Elastic straps cause my scalp to itch badly...

The strap is elastic, but very soft and non-scratchy. It’s the most comfortable eye mask I’ve ever worn. I highly recommend it!
