Can this tool read 1/16ths?

This question doesn't seem consistent with what the tool does, which is to measure angle, not length. Unless for some reason you want angles in 1/16 degrees.

Where can i get an I beam (level) to go with this tool? i initially purchased it for a tight space, but now i need to check across a long distance.
