I'm taking this along with D3, B vitamins, magnesium, and eating good protein as part of an overall muscle conditioning strategy. Thus far, it seems to have given me more energy and, better muscle maintenance.

A very good supplement.

Those that take calcium daily, especially in larger doses K2 MK7 is supposed to direct that calcium to the bones and not into the blood and kidneys. I am one of those that must do this and my regular testing has shown calcium not above normal levels in blood so it seems to do its job.

Exactly what I needed for vitamin K

Purchased this to take together with my calcium supplements since the calcium supplements that I am taking only has magnesium and Vitamin D. Read that K2 should be taken together with Vitamin D. Product came in good condition with long expiry date.
