Will this works for dell wyze 5070 ext thin client? Have to install nvme 1tb ssd.I'd appreciate if somebody out there already tried it and let me know

If you have a wifi slot I'd go for yes. On my Lenovo this adapter worked 99% of the time. It would sometimes just go offline which was unacceptable so I finally ditched it. Could have been the WIFI slot circuitry. I'm not sure about your Dell Wyse.
