Are these suitable for replacing buttons on a dress?

Hi, these buttons are really lovely, however I would say they’re probably better in a jacket rather than a dress. However if your dress is of a heavier fabric, (e.g velvet) as opposed to maybe poly/cotton it may well work. Good luck
