Scissors was not working at all it pulled the hair it had dents in the blade very bad product
A local scissors cut hair better then this which is worth 1200..and I paid almos 4000 and dosent even cut hair close to what it said it would..it pulls the hair hair instead of cutting it ...I tried to connect with..eqwinox told them the problem but no reply...I request Amazon to take some responsibility on this product coz I have been very regular buyer..very sad and upset about this product

Useless because itโs not sharp enough to cut anything!
I tried to use it for the first time but itโs completely useless. I tried to tighten it, more and more, but its so unsharp that it canโt cut hair or anything else either. I have never experienced such a bad scissor ever! Not even the cheapest scissors are this bad! I tried to sharpen it as well, but it didnโt help.
