I sent two kits to my granddaughter....not sure which is which....but this kit may be the one with Fluorite,Microline,Hemotite,Pyrite,Milky Quartz,Calcite,Muscovite,Magnetite,Alabaster,Talc,Pyrolucite,Biotite,Graphite,Satin Spar,Selemite. These are nice little kits for students to see the various minerals.

What specific rocks are in here?

I wish I could tell you the names of the rocks in here, but upon purchasing this kit, I discovered that the sheet of paper that was supposedly in it to identify the rocks was not in fact in there.

Hi, I read pros & cons. What is the actual size of each 15 specimens? Some say it's good size, others say quite small? Pls confirm. Thanks.

About one inch in diameter. They are not meant to be good ammunition in a sling shot, but are best for identifying and labeling rocks. My grandson's loved the kit. Price is right!
