It is glass not acrylic beads .
I couldn't believe how beautiful this was when I opened the box ,it is excellent quality and looks like it cost a fortune ,it was so easy to install ,just like putting a light shade up. It isn't to heavy and nice size, the light reflects beautifully off the crystals mine is on the top landing and it hangs down about 18 inches into the stairwell.I would not recommend it for very low ceilings as it does hang down fairly low .

Beautiful item, I love the way it glistens in the light over my dining table! It is an interesting shape - very pretty! I might buy another one...I will find somewhere to put it, the price is great too. Good quality, weighting and easy to assemble, thank you!

Beautiful
This light shade is beautiful. Stunning in fact. However I dropped 1 star as two of the crystals were broken upon receipt. Packaging needs looking at. Unfortunately, rang to see if they could send a single strand so that I could repair it. They couldnt send one as they didnt have any in stock.

Stunning!
Absolutely stunning! It's quite heavy as they are glass crystals, not the horrid acrylic beads. The frame is shiny, good quality metal. I can't wait for the sun to shine on it - my bedroom will be filled with little rainbows! Well worth the money.
