THIS CHART IS GREAT FOR THOSE WHO WANT HELP AND GUIDANCE IN THEIR WORKOUT ROUTINE. IT IS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND THE SIZE IS JUST RIGHT TO HANG ON YOUR WALL SO YOU CAN LOOK OUT DURING YOUR WORKOUT TIME. THE PRINT QUALITY IS AMAZING AND BRIGHT.

I'm a teacher, so I am an expert when it comes to posters and lamination (haha, jk! sort of). These posters are nice and thick, and the lamination is too. They came rolled up, so I had to uncurl them when I first got them, but that's easy, and now they're hanging on the wall in my garage!Bonus: I ordered the barbell and dumbbell posters, and was pleasantly surprised to see they had bodyweight exercises on the back, too! If you're on the fence about buying these posters, just go for it! Fantastic value for the price!

I love this chart!! Now that I am working out at home without all the different machines that break down these exercises at the gym, I wanted an easy way to learn. These are straight forward and so helpful! Excercises are broken down into: Upper body/Core/Back/Lower body. It then shows how to perform each exercise and what muscles they work. The poster is large and easy to see and laminated to hold up. It does come rolled up but the paper has different ways to flatten out! I also LOVE that these are printed double sided, one way vertical and one horizontal, to allow you to fit this wherever is most convenient!

I bought these laminated posters to help outfit a basement home workout space due to COVID-19. These have been incredibly useful to do a variety of exercises with free weights, and I'm doing a much wider variety of exercises (many of which I didn't know before) compared with doing reps on a weight machine at my previous gym. I highly recommend getting these for anyone transitioning to working out at home. I can stand right in front of the posters for reference while running through exercises. Good product. Excellent purchase.

Love these! People complain that it's rolled up. Haha duh! What posters aren't? Plan on buying 8 more. Gives you great ideas for exercises. If you have questions on how to do, just utube it. The negative comments ctack me up!

The posters were detailed and visually easy to understand and follow. I like that you were able to put them up with your choice of landscape or portrait. They are a great addition to my home gym and at a great price! They were very affordable for the quality and I love that they were laminated already. Great product!

These posters are great — I tacked them up in our garage gym as a workout reminder. They’re plastic coated and durable. They each have 2 sides — kettlebell workouts and body weight workouts also.
