This is a very good quality tripod for most uses. Another reviewers noted it was not a true photography tripod, and was intended instead for tools. The limitations may affect a professional photographer, but for advanced amateur photographers, this tripod will do just about everything you want. I previously ordered another tripod for $20 and sent it back because it (1) arrived broken and (2) was wobbly. I had been prepared to settle for one that was a little less solid and sent it back because it arrive broken. The Bosch tripod demonstrates lightweight need not mean wobbly. It mechanisms are precise and easy to use like a fine instrument. I am reminded of what John Belushi said before he drover over the bridge at Henry Gibson in Blues Brothers. But, I admit: quality and value are hard to argue with at this price. It was $10 more and infinitely more useful..

Tripod is versatile to work with, light weight and durable. Thia ia definitely a good buy, esp. for small and start-up construction comoany and/or can be used for home renovations and won't bream the bank. A smart item to buy for personal and work use.

This is a great stand for the price. I think it’s getting bad reviews because people are confused about a few things: 1. This is a tool stand. It’s not really for cameras. While it will work ok with something small like an iPhone or a GoPro (you need the right attachment), it’s not designed for range of motion or to be held at awkward angles, it’s designed to be set up flat, locked in place, and then fine adjusted for height. If you are looking for a camera stand, you will find this product has the wrong features for that application. 2. Since this is not a full-range, ball-bearing style headmount, there is an individual tightening pin for everything, INCLUDING THE HANDLE WHICH ROTATES TO TIGHTEN FORWARD/BACKWARD PITCH. I almost returned it over this, and even though it shows you on the side of the box (duh), I saw photos of tipped cameras so I’m not the only one who missed it. Familiarize yourself with what tightens what and only loosen what you are adjusting. Of course, it’s not going to be sturdy if you forget to tighten all of the pins. 3. It’s a $30 stand. I am more than happy and it exceeded my expectations as a new homeowner getting deeper into DIY (the listed height doesn’t include the elevator, which gives you another 14” or so, omni-directional mini bubble-level tells you if the floor is off), but it does contain plastic parts such as the elevator crank and the leg locks that I wouldn’t consider heavy-duty. While they don’t feel chincy and cheap, if I were a contractor I wouldn’t throw this in the back of my truck with a bunch of other tools and expect it to hold up. If you’re using this for its intended purpose, it works great and is easy to fold and store. Pros and photographers will regret cutting corners here.

This tripod is a game changer for using my laser level. Works great and is good quality. I like how light it is but is sturdy and does not wobble. My only regret is not buying it sooner as it arrived after my kitchen renovation (my fault).

Great Product. Perfect for an Entry Level DSLR or Mobile phone shooting. All the adjustments are great. Good Quality product. A small problem is the base is flat not pointed so on rough surfaces it is a bit more difficult to stabilize the tripod. Overall great quality.

Excelente Ventajas: Funciona muy bien, tuve mis dudas de si podría aguantar unos binoculares de 1.5Kg pero si los aguanta sin problema. La estabilidad es excelente, se siente estable y no vibra la estructura de metal. Al tacto se siente un producto de muy buena calidad y los plásticos no tienen sobrantes. Desventaja Tiembla un poco ya que de donde se aprieta no se siente firme, se percibe que si se aprieta más se puede romper el plástico, como es bastante peso el que le puse, trato de apretar los tornillos y se asienta en el eje Z, no se aprieta bien por lo mismo que dije antes, si tuviera un plástico más duro estaría genial para poder apretar bien, pero para el uso que le daré en astronomia funciona bien. Por el precio hubiera estado bien que trajera una mochila sencilla para guardarlo, solo trae la caja pero no se puede llevar al campo o algo porque con el tiempo no va a durar, pero es lo de menos. ¿Lo volvería a comprar? Definitivamente si lo compraría, valió la pena cada centavo
