Great for endurance rides
Looking for a saddle to replace the Terry on my road bike, I’ve tried quite a few before coming across this Selle Italia Novus Supeflow. After getting the fit just right and test riding it for about 50 miles without issues or discomfort, I knew I finally found the perfect road bike saddle. It is very comfortable and does not put me in an awkward riding position nor force my hips to rotate. My sit-bone measurement is in the 142mm range so the 149mm is the correct width for me.This saddle’s appearance is probably not going to win any beauty contest but the build quality is excellent. It does make a creaking sound for the first few miles. The creak comes from the insertion point where the rail mates with the shell. It creaks when the rail flexes from the weight applied (sit) on the saddle. This is normal for new saddles and should go away within 20 or so mile break-in ride.Keep in mind, bike saddle choices are very rider specific. A perfect saddle for one might be the worst for another. Proper adjustment (fore/aft/tilt/height) are also very important. You will need to try and ride it for yourself to see if it is the right saddle for you. I have over 100 miles and counting on this saddle and have no complaints. It is very comfortable, well-constructed and just the perfect saddle for long endurance rides.

Excellent comfort for non-chamois garment riding
Arrived early (Friday, instead of 3days later on Monday)I ride road bike, and have tried 10 variations of Sellie Italia saddles thru rental program.I had very good experience with VT20c.Now I am going with this Novus SuperFlow Endurance saddle. My ischial tuberosity bones measure about 110mm to about 115mm, so "small" saddles suit me better than large.I'm also male, with concerns about genital numbness, so opt for the widest of center cutout feature.Selle categorizes me to be best with "S3" class of their saddles (S=small/ narrow seat bone distance & 3= widest saddle center cutout)I am so happy with this seat. Road 30 miles today, and Strava bicycling app says today was fastest I've ever ridden.Note, the heavy saddle padding suits me well, as I don't wear chamois shorts. I wear 2 seamless undergarments, covered with compression athletic shorts suitable for cycling.I'm a happy camper!

Pretty good
Measured my sit bones and they are narrower than my butt would suggest. Luckily the Selle Italia small works for me. The cut out is nice and it has reduced perineal pressure significantly. On 60+ mile rides I do pretty alright with normal moving about on the saddle but it has not eliminated numbness. "Riding the rivet" is reasonably comfortable, riding on the back end upright is also comfortable.Downsides: it is loud. The split nose allows for a lot of creak and a bit of motion (which is on its own pretty nice but concerns me in terms of longevity). The saddle nose is longer than I might otherwise like but it doesn't get in the way the way I thought it might.Just a couple of hundred miles in and some of the plastic has broken off (no crashes or drops, just riding). Does not speak well to durability.

Finally, a seat that doesn't cause pain!
I am a road cyclist who typically rides 20-50 miles per ride. I have tried a ton of seats and inevitably around mile 10 my private area would be in agonizing pain. I tried different seats, different angles and heights, sitting in different positions, and still there was pain. I did a ton of reading about professional female cyclists and found that this was an extraordinarily common problem and some women even had surgery to alter their private area to try to reduce pain. I was resigned that this was the fate of female cyclists and began smearing on a topical a numbing ointment on myself pre-ride. I decided to give this seat a shot and it's like the the answer I never thought would come. This seat perfectly fits my sit bones and relieves the pressure and pain on my private area. I can ride upright or on the drop bars for many miles and have no pain!! The channel perfects allows me me to sit in a way that there is no pressure or rubbing. I love this seat and it is - as you would expect from Selle - incredibly well made.

Sitting on feathers
I am heavier and have tried so many saddles from $40-200 this one is the first seat I can ride for hours without rubbing or making notes on where i am getting rub or chaffing. After my first ride on it my first thought was why am I not sore somewhere. I just rode and never had any rub or soreness, it was like i was never sitting down. I ride 20-30+mi rides at 300lbs, so that says a lot!It is a lot of money to spend if you are starting out or want to replace your factory seat, but my only regret is not buying this sooner and spending money on and being sore on other seats not wanting to payup on this one sooner.Your a$$ deserves a farrari of a seat! With some saddle soap or mink oil care this seat will last a long time. It is not a plastic or foam wedge like other seats online. Excellent build quality, perfectly appointed design.

Firm comfort, lightweight.
I bought a Giant flat bar road bike carbon, and wanted an endurance seat.I almost ordered the Novus boost, but read the Superflow had extra cushion. The important thing I can tell you, that the saddle is comfortable, but quite FIRM.It's not a grandpa cushion seat, but its aserious, light weight, road bike seat, with a bit of extra cushion.I had a Sella Italia, with extra gel cushion; Although it was more cushiony, it was too narrow- like sitting on a little ball of gel.The superflow in Large size, has a nice platform to sit on. Legs can rotate without chaffing.I am 6'-3", 240 lbs.It has a good balance of light weight performance, and comfort. Its not a cushy commuter seat.

Comfortable, but noisy?
Fairly comfortable but it made noise when riding, like the rails were rubbing on their mounts. Swapped it out because I couldn’t stand the noise.

Worst Sella i ever Owned
Started out in love with this saddle bought new mtb for strictly trail riding not downhill slopes . This seat was gem first 50 miles then the as i have learned Sella creak sound started on the left side then now both sides . Its a rather long seat but i'm ok with it i jump out of seat a lot on the trail when riding over tree roots or uneven concrete pathways riding canal trails is not nothing hard just a lot bumpy stones and gravel . on my old bike mtb i have totally different saddle Lady something another love that saddle should stayed with what i was already using but i switch bikes now summer and winter bikes not sure ever had a sella saddle this noisy yes i tried youtube epoxy fix after enduring 494 miles of this saddle worked for two weeks then back to normal noise again good luck if u buy one comfort is perfect pay good money for seat like this its noise level worse than 30 dollar saddle
