I've been a truck driver for over 28 years and I've had to cut a lot of bolt seals, once I found some bolt cutters, over throughout those years. Today I delivered a load and I finally got to try out my new bolt cutters that came this last Tuesday. All I can say is WOW!!! These things cut through the seal like butter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOLT CUTTER TO ALL OF MY FELLOW BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN THE TRUCKING WORLD. These are a little heavy but not that bad at all. I've read some complaints about how heavy they were and one person saying that us truck drivers are getting lazy by using stuff like this. All I can say is that it saves my shoulder and it's not that heavy and if I get a little bit lazy because I use a electric bolt cutter once I a while, well then it's worth it. Enjoy

I use this to cut seals off my trailer. Some receivers don't have bolt cutters and you have to walk around asking to borrow one. This works perfectly for this and quickly might add. Made my life on the road a lot easier. Besides the seals I bought this for I have also been able to cut masterlocks off stuff I couldn't find the keys for. Been using now for months and it hasn't failed me yet.

Bought this for a fencing project where I thought I was gonna have to cut down the height of a 20 foot run of chain-link fence. I have done that before on a 10 foot run and had blisters from cutting the wire over 60 times in an hour. This is slower than manual hand cutters, not quieter, and totally unnecessary. But if you need to save your hands and grip its a lot less work. Its also just fun to play with and cut all sorts of things. Cut through a cheap chain and pad lock like butter. I wouldn't use it on any carbide locks or anything really hard, the jaws aren't that hardened. Works great on cutting big nails, bolts, threaded rod, and other stuff. Faster and less work than a hacksaw or reciprocating saw for small things.

Installed Hog Fence deck fence. Flawless performance cutting 1/8 inch steel fencing. 500 cuts without a problem.

This is a excellent product. Ryobi products, are just as good as craftsman tools, at half the price! I use this Ryobi bolt cutters, to cut the harden steel seals bolts off a container box. I work at a Intermodal Company!

I was expecting this would completely cut through the metal, though it did not.

Best thing ive bought yet. Im a trucker and so many customers use bolt seals. This baby cuts through then like butter.

Excellent for cutting copper wire into short lengths. High quality Ryobi tool that. After home jaw adjustment worked as needed.

The items works as it should. I would have assumed additional packaging would have been applied, however the item must have been handled with care, as the item and all packaging was fully intact upon delivery.
