The very edges on mine have started fraying a bit, but it doesn't seem like it has really hurt the integrity of the product. That could also be because my work was strenuous at the time, so they wore quicker then they might on someone who types a lot. The only other downside I have is eventually my wrists get itchy after having them on for a while, but I'm pretty sure that would happen with any other brand or type as well. The adjustability is great in my opinion(also super easy to quickly loosen or tighten throughout the day), and I have pretty small wrists. I was starting to have some wrist pain while stocking. I ended up settling on trying these because I thought they'd be more comfortable for me than the ones that go around your thumb. It didn't keep the pain from coming completely, but after getting them and wearing them for a while, i'd say the pain frequency and intensity decreased 90%. I just wore them in my shifts at work, and they always helped. I wouldn't expect anything to work 100%, and I can't speak if they'll work for others, but they have really helped me.

I have carpal tunnel due to working with my hands. I go numb in the fingers, have a lot of pain, and had a hard time finishing work due to it. I have been looking for the right brace to wear at work for a few weeks now, this one worked well!! It didn’t limit my ability to use my wrist at work, which was very helpful. I had less pain. It helped a lot. My only complaint is I have small wrists, and it was a little to big. There are two Velcro spots, the inside one didn’t connect, but the outside one held it all in place. That is my only complaint, and it is not the manufacturers fault, it’s just the size of the brace. (I wish there was a smaller size though)

I am using it for wrist and thumb arthritis. Hand therapist is making a smaller, firmer one for the thumb and palm. But this is more comfortable than the first one she tried. My instructions are to wear this during the day and just a thumb splint at night. However, that may be individual to me as my thumb has developed “trigger thumb” and locks in the straight position overnight. During the day I am to stabilize the area below the thumb and be able to bend the thumb joint. When lifting or using my wrists a lot, this splint gives me excellent support. It is comfortable, adjusts well, and I recommend it.

This item smelled like it was made for oil or rubber tire products. Washed it 2 times and it still smelled toxic to me. I noticed it came from China is it possible it made from recycled tires or something like that. I purchased this a couple of years ago and it smelled allright. Also noticed that the product is smaller than my first purchase and of course it smells awful.

I've had carpet tunnel in both hands for years. Working at a computer in an air conditioned office, my hands would bother me until about mid morning, then they would be fine for the rest of the day. But I recently retired and moved to Panama (country, not the city in FL) to live on a sailboat. It is 90% - 100% humid every day, and we have no AC. My hands burned with pain and were numb EVERY DAY, ALL DAY AND NIGHT. It was getting very hard to deal with the pain and discomfort. I saw this product and had serious doubts, but I figured it was worth a try for the cost. So I bought one for my right hand which is significantly worse. Within 5 minutes, I experienced a 90% improvement... I couldn't believe how well it worked. I switched back to my night brace to sleep the first night, and my right hand instantly started becoming numb. So I switched back to this brace and I had a completely pain free, numb free night. I can't say every one's experience will be this good, but this is a life changer for me. I bought three more today to have two for each wrist.

Very comfortable. I like that the velcro band is adjustable and allows me to quickly adjust the tightness of the brace. This model, as it does not have a thumb loop or palm sleeve, is great for versatility as you do not have to take it on or off if you perform a task that requires contact with your hands (e.g. cooking or hand-washing). For mild-to-moderate cases this should serve you well, but your mileage may vary depending on how much support you need. When I am using the computer and typing for long periods of time I do switch to a slightly more rigid brace, but otherwise I am wearing this one. It is very comfortable and I am happy with my purchase.

I really wasn't expecting much from this wrist wrap. I was actually expecting to hate it before it even showed up but I figured I'd give it a go since its pretty affordable. Putting this on the first couple times by yourself is a little hard but once you do it a few times, you get the hang of it. At first I honestly didn't like it, but I had it too tight. Once I found the right amount of pressure, it worked wonders. This brace is extremely nice to have in the office. I also have a couple full wrist braces too but they can really limit me in terms of mobility and writing in the office. If you are looking for a full brace, I highly recommend the FEATOL brand brace. But I also I highly recommend this brace as it makes it easy to use my hands while still relieving tension and pain.
