Support U Shaped Reading Back Support Lounge Pillow with Arm Rests for Adults, Soft Micro-Bead Filling, Blue

So I read a few reviews saying this is a bit hard and was expecting a bit more softer and forgiving on the back. I do see their point but then thought, well you did want support so it has to be a bit more solid. I am ok with it and it does it’s job and I am comfortable. It has bigger beads in it and not the fine small ones. The comments about returns is a good thing to take note as it is not a Amazon free return so keep that in mind. I took a chance and really like it. I just hope the material is strong because if it busts, I have a real mess on my hands!

I’ve tried many different backrests, including one that had memory foam, but this one is the best! Very lightweight so I can move it easily from bed to couch (for gaming). It’s so comfortable and supportive I hardly notice it’s there. If the beans inside shift, just give it a shake or mold the desired shape with your hands. I never noticed any smell, and although it seemed very stiff out of the box, that changed as soon as I began using it. I love this!

I've had this guy for a little over a month now and I think I'm ready to share my final thoughts and opinions. I often spend a decent amount of my days off laying around catching up on the next binge worthy tv series. My very expensive bed just so happens to be the best place to do that. I stand and run around on my feet all day at work and I also have some pretty significant back problems (like several screws and hooks holding my spine together, back problems). When I want to collapse at the end of the night or do nothing on my day off, I NEED to feel comfortable and supported. It's just not an option. So I was on the prowl on the world wide web for a solution/pillow/something that would allow me to watch tv and bum it out in my bed whilst still supporting my back. My makeshift stack of pillows weren't doing it for me anymore, nor were the several other previously purchased body pillows that ended up thrown in the trash or given away. In fact, I'm pretty sure they were all putting me on the fast track to needing another surgery. Anyway, my search was narrowed down to this guy and a bunch of very expensive 8+ piece stackable foam contraptions that I'm expected to take apart and put together everyday.. and then store in my bedroom where?? I chose the obvious option. I won't lie, I almost gave up on this thing. It is firm. Too firm. I really liked that I could move the beads around and manipulate it to conform to my body but I couldn't help feeling like it had so much potential and just fell short. One night I fell asleep in a full face of makeup, took the outer pillowcase off and threw it in the wash and WOW. I need the company to listen up because I'm pretty certain doing this would solve most of the similar issues that other reviewers have complained about. Only did my disappointment in the product return when I had to shove this thing back into the tiny, meat tube like pillowcase again. I appreciate the fact that the fabric of the outer pillowcase doesn't allow my cats claws to slice open and spill millions of tiny beads all over my room but please, please hear me out when I ask you to make a removable case for these that isn't SO stinking constricting. The product itself (without outer pillowcase) is bomb. Stretchy, soft, comfortable, refillable. I won't lie, I admittedly left the pillowcase off for a few days and I absolutely enjoyed feeling like I was laying on a cloud. But that overly snug pillowcase creates such a firm pillow and it really is such a buzzkill. The product lacks the ability to allow its customers to choose their preferred firmness level. It could easily be customized to suit every persons wants and needs (soft, med, firm) by simply offering the customer different sizes in the outer pillowcase. A larger/looser fitting pillowcase to the current would surely provide folks who like a little more squish to still get the support they need without giving up their comforability preference. Honestly, if I could buy an outer pillowcase that was as soft and stretchy as the inner one is, I'd buy several more of these pillows and be a forever customer. But right now, we just need more options.

This is nice. It is the equivalent of a U-Shaped Bean Bag with the tiny Styrofoam pebbles. I don't know if that is what they are, that is just what they feel like and sound like) to me. I use this for a lady that has trouble sitting up on her own for very long. We were making something similar with tall foam wedges on her sides and one at her back; wasn't working the best. So, I decided to try this. This is perfect. It allows her to sit up on the side of the bed. The pillow is firm yet soft. The beads inside allow you to semi-shape the pillow so it can get a little taller or you can press it down to make it a little more lower profile. And you can adjust the sides around the person for a more snug fit without having to worry about her sliding out or tipping over. This was a good purchase for us and so far the quality seems to be pretty high. Should anything change over the next few months I will come back here and update my rating/review. If I don't, then it is still working perfectly.

I absolutely love this pillow! I have been having a lot of issues with back pain at night, so I went looking for a more supportive pillow. I am a side sleeper and have been having shoulder pain as well. This pillow is so supportive and unyielding that it holds me up perfectly all night! It is very firm, which is great for me. I also use this to prop up when reading or watching a show and it does not sink in like other pillows. Will definitely be buying a second!

I bought this pillow not quite a year ago. I love this pillow but the micro beads wore down over time and it became uncomfortable. (I am not a big person at all, so that wasn’t the issue). I went to buy another one today, but the price has gone up by $60. That’s crazy. I’d love to get another one, but not at the current price.

As someone whose disabled and spend majority of my life in bed because it’s where I can be pain free if I don’t move. I didn’t see a need to take a photo when mine looks exactly like the other photo of the one overfilled on the bed same color etc. I was looking for a pillow similar to the foam bead round ones I’ve used for over a decade having TOS in my neck, they’ve worked great and I use 4 daily 24/7. I had been looking at the traditional back rest that they now make twice as tall for adults that really support your back, if only that was available a decade ago. I came across this product and from what I have purchased smaller but similar I thought I knew what I would be getting as well as it seemed more practical especially for laying down thinking I would additionally have leg/back support as well as head support. NOPE that was all wrong because what I received was 50%+ overfilled and way bigger than the advertising photos. I can’t even sit in between it without the pressure being pushed forward because of how overfilled it is. Forget that I certainly can not lay against it sideways for leg/back support or neck support either. Unless you maybe a small or size zero to fit in between this pillow that even the model wouldn’t fit to what you actually receive which proves what is advertised in the listing photos and what you get aren’t the same and false advertisement. If false advertisement wasn’t bad enough from what’s pictured to what I get what makes it worse is that going to return it unlike every other PRIME member product to UPS is covered they wanted almost $100 for the return because of the size of the box. (There is nothing in the listing that states this whatsoever an even bigger lie of fraud to get you stuck with it if you need to return it for whatever reasons even being their fault, fraud and lying) Unless you know this is exactly what you want DO NOT BUY unless tou want to lay just as much to return as you paid for it. Yes I’ve filed complaints with the state abs federal agencies because to lie about it especially to a disabled person that this not only is false advertisement and fraud but not ADA Accommodation especially when the product has caused me physical pain and suffering because of the illegal actions. There’s a reason these laws exist to protect people from attempts to be scammed even on Amazon. I will never buy from this company again and have shared across my tens of thousands of followers in the disability community. We don’t take these crimes against us lightly. If it would have been rightfully disclosed on the listing of the return price I would have purchased from another seller or gone with one of the hundreds with the other product.

This works fantastic for my bad back. I use it to lay in bed and watch TV and it gives much-needed support to my back while being comfortable to sit in. Well-made product. I highly suggest buying it especially if you have back problems or neck problems. It will help you set up properly and give you more support. That’s just my experience with it. But I definitely recommend it.

It was very comfortable. It was a little hard but I figure it will soften up with time and use.

I am extremely pleased with this product because it gives me comfortable support for relaxing, sleeping, watching tv, and reading. A big thank you to the company that makes this awesome product.
