EONPOW Fishing Hats Windproof UPF50+ UV Protection Bucket Beach Mesh Sun Hat 56-61cm

This hat is perfect. I used it while on vacation in Florida fishing. The headband is adjustable (7 1/2 for me) and it’s very comfortable. Ventilation is excellent and kept the sun off of my head and face. The chin strap was sufficient to keep it on my head while ripping across the Gulf of Mexico. It is an excellent value and quality product. The only complaint I would have is that it came folded in half and the brim was creased on both sides so I had to steam it to get the crease out.

Bought to block sun for uv protection

The hat is well built and is of good quality. The rim of the hat is smaller than I would like but considering that the price of the hat is on the lower side you would expect there to be less material being used during construction and thus resulting in a smaller rim...which is understandable. But with all that considered, the rim of the cab is too inflexible, as the user I have a hard time adjusting the angle of the rim, which is pretty important since the rim is small to begin with. Overall its a pretty good hat unless you need sun-shading in the early morning or late evening.

Good price, good fit, easy to pack in suitcase and can wear without looking smashed or wrinkled. The under chin strap is a must for me to keep the hat from blowing off in the wind.

I ordered five sun hats from Amazon. This is the one I am keeping. It also is the cheapest of the five, which has nothing to do with why I’m keeping it. Number 2-Columbia is dependable, this one was actually a little big for me. If it was the correct size I might have kept it. It was nice and lightweight. Number 1-definite no. Textured (more feminine looking), felt heavy/hot for a sun hat. Number 4-definite no. Odd. White interior and white rope drawstring in top part of hat (?) Small for me. Hope this helps so you don’t have to order so many to find one you like.

I don’t like wearing hats but purchased this one on Amazon before a mid-summer trip to Florida. I wanted some protection from the sun, especially the back of my neck. I didn’t plan to wear it much, except when I really needed a sun screen. But I wound up wearing this handy, light, comfortable hat every day. I have a big head, but the hat fits comfortably and has a pull if a tighter fit is desired. The chin strap kept my hat from flying away on more than one breezy boat ride. But what really stands out are the tiny perforations around the edge of the hat, keeping my head much cooler and less sweaty than when wearing a ball cap. It’s even made a trip through my washing machine with no harm. It’s light and folds easily for your backpack. I still don’t like hats, but I love this one.

Not a very tight-fitting hat. The adjustable spring clip won't hold either. The price was right so I guess it's ok. I don't think this would stay on my head in a strong wind though. I haven't experienced that yet.

I was surprised at the good quality with the low price. Fits good even though I have a bigger head, it's comfortable and my head stays cooler while doing my lawn service jobs. I've never had this type of hat and will probably cut the strap as it just gets in the way for me.

love this brimmed hat as it blocks out the sun and it is great for hot sunny days. The upper part of the hat has a mesh vent which provides ventilation to keep your head cool while protecting your head from the sun. light weight and very durable. there is a draw string at the top of the hat for smaller heads and a chin strap to prevent the hat from blowing off or if you want to just take it off and let it hang around your neck. pros: light weight and durable UPF50+ UV protection cons: a bit tight around the crown of the head did not have to use the draw string to make it tighter. I do recommend this product as it is a good and cheap way to keep the sun off your face. Great value for the price

Zunächst die Überraschung: der Hut sieht auf dem Kopf doch "ausreichend" gut aus, wenn auch die Krempe einen ungleichmäßigen, leichten "Wellenschlag" hat. (Hatte jahrelang beim Wandern eine deutlich teurere Kappe eines bekannten Outdoor-Ausrüsters auf dem Kopf, auch diese ist mit Mesh-Einsätzen zur Belüftung, das gab angenehme Beschattung für die Augen und schützte den Kopf vor Sonnenbrand, doch Ohren und Nacken waren natürlich nicht geschützt, also das ganze "Netz" abgesucht und den EONPOW gefunden.) Der Sonnenschutz durch diesen Hut ist wunderbar, es werden auch die Schultern zum Teil abgeschattet, d.h. der Gesamt-Hitzeeintrag durch die Sonne wird reduziert. Die Ringsum-Belüftung am Kopf ist spürbar, es gibt durch den Rundum-Mesheinsatz keinen Hitzestau im Hut. Der Kinnriemen gibt an windigen Tagen zusätzliche Sicherheit (der Hut hält an sich gut auf dem Kopf, d.h. der Riemen ist nur bei stärkerem Wind oder Böen nötig) und ist zudem einfach und schnell lang genug zu verstellen, um den Hut auf dem Rücken zu tragen, wenn man zeitweise im Schatten läuft. Der Hut ist superleicht auch im Tragegefühl. Im Gepäck ist der Hut komplett flach (die Krempe ist allerdings recht steif, habe es daher unterlassen, sie zu falten, um sie nicht zu knicken). Mit Kopfumfang 59 hält der Hut bei mir auch ohne Zusammenziehen der Umfang-Verstellung, gefühlt ist da noch etwas Luft, ein etwas größerer Kopf sollte auch noch passen... Und dann auch noch der günstige Preis "obendrauf"... :)

No protection from Sun. Very flat hat. No tag so cudnt return it.

For how much paid it’s perfect! I bought this for my daily dog walking routine. Fit perfect, nice colour, good quality. Very comfortable and very happy with the hat.
