I swapped some bulky stools in my beach Airbnb for these! What great decision! They are very versatile and store neatly under the counter. The quality was surprisingly good for the price. Padding can be added but I love the crisp white look. These were easy to put together and are easily moved as needed. The simplicity of these made me happy!

Amazon Basic stool is just that- basic. But overall fits the bill. Fairly easy to put together, I like the added foot rest railing made of metal. The stool is counter height and stable and true to the black color pictured. It remains to be seen if the color holds up or fades. They are pretty stable but sadly not that comfortable (good enough for me to sit and eat my morning bowl of cereal but not to hang out for an extended period of time). The saddle isn’t quite as curved as I had hoped from the picture, so it feels harder than I expected. That being said, they are more for aesthetic and additional seating for me so it’s not a big deal. But if you are going to be using these a lot or for primary seating, you might be disappointed with the comfort level.

Fantastic! No joke when they say solid wood. Sometimes you go with a review and pray. This is a great product. Durable. Just the right height to slide under our countertop. The metal foot plate is a great addition as well. Comes with feet pads so ready to use on hardwood immediately.

I found this set of stools on sale during Prime Days. I just put them together today. They seem sturdy and well built. All of the screw holes lined up perfectly, and the stools sat level & were quite stable after assembled. It came with directions, but they really weren't even necessary. There are 4 steps of assembly. Attach the two side rail assemblies to the top of the stool, and attach the two kick rails between the side rail assemblies. Wala. They are really cute and match several of my other kitchen furnishings. I do love that they have the metal kick plate on the front rail to save it from looking worn if the paint were to wear off. I purchased these so I could have one to sit on while cooking instead of dragging one of my heavy kitchen chairs over to the stove. They're about the same height as my bistro table chair/stools. This being a set, I will also have a stool that I can use for any other purpose that may require a stool that takes up minimal space while still accommodating a full sized person. As mentioned in another review, the only downside I have noticed at this point is that the front and back of the seat are not rounded off at all, and if you set your feet on the floor or let them dangle, the edge is a little uncomfortable on the back of my legs. I don't forsee this being a big problem for myself since I will be up and down on them while cooking/stirring. For the budget price I paid, I am very happy with my purchase.

Given the price, these barstools are satisfactory. The good: All holes aligned and were drilled correctly, so overall assembly went well. I assembled four in less than an hour, at a leisurely pace. The finish is also good, with the visible variations appearing more like normal wear than manufacturing defects. The fair: they arrive with adhesive felt pads to protect floors--necessary since the feet are rough--but no real solution for carpeted floors. Felt might keep carpet from picking, but it doesn't slide well at all. I'll be adding more appropriate feet. The bad: These stools come with a metal foot plate partially wrapped around one of the lower rungs. All of the ones I received had significant corrosion and damage to the metal's finish. They all looked old--though the rest of the stool did not. These stools may be cheap, but those metal plates are still embarrassingly poorly done. A couple had adhesive extruded from underneath, so I had to carefully peel it away. The confusing: These items shipped with wooden dowel/pegs and instructions on their use during assembly... but they couldn't be used because the necessary holes were not drilled. While there was a hole in a rung for a dowel, there was not a corresponding hole in a leg. The item did not ship with any glue, which is often included with that type of peg. The glue would've been useful for the small wooden plugs meant to cover the screw holes, as those things don't stay put on their own. I used my own glue and a cloth-covered hammer to gently tap in the covers so they would stay put. Comfort: They're not a church pew, but they're also not that much better. They'll do fine for a breakfast bar, but I wouldn't plan on hanging out on them for extended periods of time. Edit: They lasted just shy of four years of periodic heavy use (they were rotated to ensure even wear across the set). The flaws mentioned above doomed these eventually--connections broke, the metal rail covers fell off, and the lack of dowel-provided stability resulted in structural failure.

Reçu, les deux tabourets. Ils sont en bois, plutôt lourds, pour une bonne assise. Ils sont très faciles à monter, avec les petites finitions très sympas ( cache vis, patinettes sous les pattes). Je ne regrette vraiment pas mon achat. Ils sont magnifiques. Belles finitions bon rapport qualité prix

Habe mir die zwei Hocker für meine neue Wohnung gekauft, da diese zur Küche hin eine Durchreiche mit Theke hat wo man sich wunderbar für einen Snack oder auch Essen hinsetzen kann. Passt hervorragend, zumal die Hocker eine schmale Sitzfläche haben die nicht allzu stark in den Raum reichen wenn man die Hocker nicht braucht. Die Qualität und Stabilität ist für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Aufbau ist dank der guter Anleitung schnell erledigt und schon fast selbsterklärend. Also volle Empfehlung von mir.
