This B12 supplement for cats and dogs may technically be chewable, but many cats and dogs will simply eat around it and leave the hard pill in their dish untouched. Fortunately, you can crush it up fairly easily with a fork or spoon and mix it into their food.

Nutramax Cobalequin B12 for Dogs and Cats, is a must to have and recommended by my vet. I introduced a new food to my aging dog last year and never had a problem with it. Something changed as the new bag I bought this year put him into a tailspin of complete blowout for over 6 weeks. Nothing stayed in. The vet ran some tests, stool, blood nothing, and then I decided to remove this food as this was the only new thing, the new bag of food I had given him, and ta da it lessened but still very loose. Prior to doing other recommended tests, as we had tried chicken and rice, pumpkin you name it but once the new bag of food was removed and started using Nutramax Cobalequin B12 for Dogs and Cats, the poo went back to normal after a few more weeks it was as it should be. The vet recommended he stays on this product for 2 months and then keep him off the other food. You can batcha we won't use the brand of food again, pure trash when you look at the ingredients, there was nothing of value for any dog in it.
