UPDATE: faith restored after receiving pristine sticks as promised!
**UPDATE: I received a message from the seller with apologies and an offer for a free replacement, which I accepted. This time, the sticks were beautiful and pristine and smelled as lovely as they should! The weight received was as promised, and our faith is restored in Unizoco and their product thanks to their prompt and courteous customer service on top of the great sticks.** The picture of the product is misleading — looks like you get what’s in the picture, but you don’t, really. You get a single bag of wood, which isn’t bad in and of itself. But the description says “approximately 30-something to 40-something sticks,” so I was bummed when I only counted 28 in my bag. It would probably be better if they listed volume instead of number so customers wouldn’t be disappointed or feel shorted. The sticks I used also were hit or miss — some smelled okay, while others just smelled like any other wood, almost as if they were old and didn’t have much essential oil in them...
