Seems a little pricey but quality and noise cancelling work surprisingly well. You can't hear yourself talk over headphones which is a little unnerving as it seems like your mute is on. I purchased this item 1-1/2 years ago, and now the cord, just below the headset, has split open. The only way to fix it, is to replace the entire headset. I didn't expect this from this manufacturer, which usually produces a quality product. Also, is supposed to be noise-cancelling, but apparently not so.

works great, but came with a tiny hole in the cord from the headphones to the phone jack. we're patching it with electrical tape because we need it operational now. just hope it lasts.

So I ended up purchasing this headset and two of the cords that I thought would work with my office phone system. I didn't do any research like I should have or call Headsets.com to figure out what cord is compatible with this headset and my particular phone system. Not very smart on my part. When the headset arrived I tried out both cords, one did not work at all and I was going to send it back but thought I might keep it just in case my office switches phones up which they have been known to do on occasion. The other cord that did actually work with the phone caused people on the other end to hear me muffled and there was a humm on their end. It seemed to still work though so I just assumed the quality of the headset was not that great or maybe my office phones just sucked. Even with the issues I was having with the headset it was still way more comfortable then my office issued one ear headset so I was going to just live with the way it was, not perfect. Headsets.com kept sending me emails wanting me to give a review of the headset but since I wasn't 100% satisfied with it I couldn't give an honest 5 star review so I held off. Then the last email I received they asked if there was a problem with the headset I could contact them and they could assist if I was having any issues. I actually thought I was using the right cord but turns out after responding back and telling them my problems I wasn't. I spoke to Jordan at Headsets.com who gave me the correct cord part number and said he would be willing to exchange it for the wrong one I was currently using. He even sent the new one with a prepaid return shipping label to send the wrong one back in and I got it in 2 days! Tried the new one at work immediately and it works FANTASTIC. 5 stars for the headset and 10 stars for Headset.com's follow up and assistance with getting the correct cord I needed hassle free! Now that is the way to do good business. Very Happy.

Finally a headset with a truly clear mic!!! After testing countless, eventhough this one is pretty expensive, especially as you also have to buy the $35 adapter for mobile phone, the sound quality of the mic is - according to call recipients - perfectly clear. The package even came with a handfull of toffees. Classy attention of OfficeRunner (the seller). Only 4 stars because on the other side, tI have had much better for sound quality of headphones themselves.

We were looking for a headset to use with iPhone, office phones (Polycom), home phones (Panasonic wireless) for conference calls with clarity, comfort and flexibility (a number of available adapters for use with a variety of phone setups). The Sennheiser delivered in spades!!!! Awesome! Very comfortable. Great price. If you're in the market for what I just described, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed! - Ira

Great headset, plain and simple. If you are looking for something comfortable and easy to use for hours on end, this should be your choice. The audio quality is great and the Microphone works really well. 5 Stars from me!

Headset is very comfy. Customer service at 1800headsets is very good. My phone needed to use an amp to go with the headset. All is setup now with the 2.5mm adapter - all working great Thanks!
