Greek Traditional Golden Thyme Honey From Crete - 450g

so happy to find this delicious honey from Crete as I had run out the jar we brought back from there. Price and shiny were great.

I dont give bad feedback lightheartedly, I try to be fair with my feedback. I give this honey two stars not because its bad, but rather because the way it was advertised like it's one of the best tasting honey in the world. Reading about this honey online, I was expecting something unique. I love tasting different honey. Some honey has unique tastes depending what flowers it was gathered from. This honey is pretty good tasting, nothing wrong with it. But it tastes pretty close to a standard clover honey from Costco. There is nothing special about this honey that I can taste. I'm not sure if I got scammed or not with some mixture of general clover honey instead of Greek thyme honey in this jar, but I can't taste anything unique in this jar that would have me purchase more of this expensive honey.

Delicious! It's all gone and time to order some more. We even ordered the largest size. Yum! Although my native born Greek husband enjoys many different types of honey, he often says "the only honey is thyme honey."

I have loved thyme honey ever since I’ve been to Crete. I used to find a different brand of thyme honey on Amazon which was pretty good, almost the same as the one we brought home with us from the island. This one, however, is nothing special. It’s not that it’s a bad honey, it just doesn’t taste much different from the generic “grocery store honey”. I don’t taste the thyme as much.

Ad clearly shows 3 jars of honey. But upon receipt discovered it is actually only one. Expensive mistake.

The honey is delicious, but some of it leaked out in the package.
