I get a lot of junk fax. Can this machine be set to receive faxes on my PC rather than printing from the machine?

Read instructions on page 5-38 of the Basic Operation Guide for the MF4350d "Rejecting Incoming Faxes from Unidentified Senders'. Sorry, but Amazon Q&A does not allow me to attach a copy of that page.

how do i enable the wifi on this

It is actually in the manual. I find that you can only do one thing.....either WiFi or Wired but not both.
