Quality plant based protein source in 1/3 cost of same quality whey protein. Amino acid profile is the major thing matters in protein quality for muscle growth, which soy isolate has same as animal protein. Compare this with any whey scoop wise, Its very close. If you are taking enough protein per day its the main thing that matters. Also this is a regular trustified tested brand. Its very digestible for me, as whey feels very heavy and gassy. Mixability is a slight issue but better than previous version protein of same brand. I mix it with hot water. Taste and Texture doesn't matter, its unflavoured so expect that. Its no choco milk shake. If value for money is a thing, this is a good option. Recovery after strength training is good if consumed enough protein from all sources. Its just a supplement so don't base everything on this.

The product is great..it's unflavoured..so in water too bland..try in milk. Since it is plant based mixing it in water or milk will be difficult if u are not using shaker.. I have been using for a month...not drastic improvement..but can see little difference in muscle tone...so good product..didn't have any gut issues also....

Worst taste ever. Anyone can't drink directly Too much water is needed to make it drinkable. Extra calories will be added as you add banana to make smoothie like something Too much sticky protein. Very very bad pouch, can't they give a plastic container. Very very bad experience.

Loved it. Many people complain about the taste of soy, but I didn't find it bad at all. At this price point, it's one of the best protein powders. The texture is good, and I experienced no side effects. The company claims to have added methionine, but it doesn't disclose whether the amount is sufficient. Since soy is naturally low in methionine, it's a good idea to include foods like chicken or eggs in your diet to ensure you're getting enough of this amino acid.

Taste and smell is very bad. But good if you are low on budget and want good quality complete protein. Best for students!!

It is affordable and doesn't taste that much bad. Suitable for beginners. It's texture is just like sattu. Didn't find any lumps after mixing (shaking) it in bottle for 20 secs. Didn't get any digestive issues.

Nice product. Quality, taste and texture were as expected. Didn't try mixing it in a shaker because I prefer using a blender. The chalkiness which I was anticipating was not there. The other ingredients hid the taste and texture of the raw isolate completely and the resulting shake was smooth and consistent. What surprised me was the fact that it turned out better than my usual whey protein concentrate variant. It also felt more digestible and easier on the stomach in general. There was a small amount of gas though but without any bloating. I think it's from another ingredient and also the bubbles formed during blending. Personally, I find this as a viable replacement for whey. I'll be buying from this brand again.
