Nice product. Quality, taste and texture were as expected. Didn't try mixing it in a shaker because I prefer using a blender. The chalkiness which I was anticipating was not there. The other ingredients hid the taste and texture of the raw isolate completely and the resulting shake was smooth and consistent. What surprised me was the fact that it turned out better than my usual whey protein concentrate variant. It also felt more digestible and easier on the stomach in general. There was a small amount of gas though but without any bloating. I think it's from another ingredient and also the bubbles formed during blending. Personally, I find this as a viable replacement for whey. I'll be buying from this brand again.

Good or bad. The flavour is so bad. Some people say taste like Milk. I don’t know if they even taste milk. This does not even taste like milk like not even closely. It taste like brand Chowk mixed with soy . Cannot the quality though it is really good. Very good. I must say in this price range. You might not even get close to any of protein with such good quality. After all, if you can just get it down . Its bland its so bad. But again, the quality of protein is really good. It might give good results. I have never siad bad taste to any protein, they all taste like not good. But this man , just have the balls of metal to gulp it down. Ordered 2 kg as well🤐. I have to think twice before drinking. Very Digestible though have to say. No bloating or haven’t felt heavy on gut. Pretty clean protein. Again taste. I don’t know why peopple follow veganism, I get it I mean. I see the difference like other proteins do ffel on a bit heavier side. Thisis just very good in general in digestion. But man I have to mix with at least 600ml of water. There is no frothing but it eill turn out so thick it’s unbearable to drink, again. Get gains, f taste. Go for it. It is really good protein but not for me,

I am disappointed with this soy protein. It produces a huge amount of foam after mixing with water, making it very difficult and unpleasant to drink. Even after waiting for some time, the foam doesn't settle properly. I would not recommend this product if you want a smooth shake.

Loved it. Many people complain about the taste of soy, but I didn't find it bad at all. At this price point, it's one of the best protein powders. The texture is good, and I experienced no side effects. The company claims to have added methionine, but it doesn't disclose whether the amount is sufficient. Since soy is naturally low in methionine, it's a good idea to include foods like chicken or eggs in your diet to ensure you're getting enough of this amino acid.

Quality plant based protein source in 1/3 cost of same quality whey protein. Amino acid profile is the major thing matters in protein quality for muscle growth, which soy isolate has same as animal protein. Compare this with any whey scoop wise, Its very close. If you are taking enough protein per day its the main thing that matters. Also this is a regular trustified tested brand. Its very digestible for me, as whey feels very heavy and gassy. Mixability is a slight issue but better than previous version protein of same brand. I mix it with hot water. Taste and Texture doesn't matter, its unflavoured so expect that. Its no choco milk shake. If value for money is a thing, this is a good option. Recovery after strength training is good if consumed enough protein from all sources. Its just a supplement so don't base everything on this.

This is very good protein powder without bloating. You need to take 1 heaping scoop 35g soy isolate protein powder which has 30g of protein mix with 500ml water with 1 tea spoon black salt (recommended) or regular salt and shake well with a 700 ml shaker bottle including a metal spring or ball. Then pour to a bowl to settle down the foam and drink it. add more salt on bowl if required. You may also add 3g to 5g of cocoa powder for color and smell. drink more 250 ml to 500 ml plain water for better digestion.
