Its not just soyabeanflour but extracted protein while filtering out non essentials. Its almost 900 gms of plant protein at ratio of 1:1. It has almost no flavour, taste like rae flour, no smell. Prrfect to add to sabji or chapati. A1 quality.

Its a best alternative choice after whey protein because of too much price hikes, since its trustified product i dont resist to buy this at my budget but the taste feels soo displeasing and unconsumable to. But whoever cares for protein competence of a day will dont look for taste's. But still, I suggest 3 imp things for consuming this whey, for better taste you need to consume this whey soy isolate with either 1. Sucralose Sachets or 2. Adding 10gm honey in shaker 3. Use only 700ml above shaker, never add this protein in hot water. Thank me later :)

I wasn't expecting much for taste, but I underestimated just how bad it could be. It was way too dense and required twice the normal amount of water to even partially mix. Excessive much foaming. Even after using a LOT of water, there were still clumps present. The taste was DISGUSTING. Took me hour to finish one scoop. The zipper mechanism of the package was broken. Image attached. There is no way to close the packet I received.

Been using this protein for 2-3 months this is my 2nd pack , no lumps , quality is good , just mix with banana and milk ,1 heaping scoop of soyP and you are good to go..I won't aya there are no results but I have to track for 5-6 months to form an opinion

Very bad mixability, you will need a blender. Taste is also very bad, it like drinking besan. However protein quality is good and no bloating issues. My advice is use mix with water and some type of fruit like apple or banana , drink as smoothie. For this price a taste matters less.

Cons : really bad taste, like worst taste Worse mixing and forms lumps and need more water or it becomes thick and undrinkable But why did I give 5 star rating ? At this price it actually gives good amount of protein, my body gets recovered within 4-5 hours even after intense workout, I sleep only 4-5 hour and I am still getting amazing recovery, really helping me in progressive overloading, I can bench 65 kgs on pure vegetarian diet easily. I am able to do now 18 slow pullups in 1 go. Yes this protein tastes bad and mixability is bad, but I can vouch it's pure protein with very less adulteration. If you can't drink it due to the bad taste, dw you will get used to it after 1 month like I did. I was about to switch to another protein but somehow this protein supplement impressed me with recovery even after my bad sleep schedule. Conclusion: if you don't care about taste and mixability much and only want to see results, want to see muscles ? Yes definitely go for it I had given it 3 stars review in the beginning but now I changed it to 5 stars and I bought 2kg pack this time and recovery is still great.

I have not tried whey protein so I cannot say how it compares to that. But I got no digestive issues after this. I usually blend it with a banana and some organic jaggery, so the taste becomes a bit better. Would not recommend taking it AS IT IS, lol.

Great value for money, i use it as a source of protein in my vegetarian diet mix it in dal rice, oats or any food you want to add a bit of protein. It gets pretty thick so start with a low volume and see how much you would like to add in your food. I haven't tried drinking it yet, but from the reviews it seems not a good idea to drink lol.
