These work far better than the thicker ones. They can hold a lot of liquid. The adhesive is so strong it’s not coming off. Just press down firmly.

The adhesive sticks to the individual package each one is in. the adhesive tears the packaging and can not be removed. they don't stay put without adhevsive. My mistake. they do stick. The last thing i do is to read the instructions.

Had prostate surgery and they were perfect. Saved my underwear. Would go back to them if I had to.

Whoever decided to minimize the size of these Shields must not have ever had even a minor leakage. The new Depends Shields are AWFUL! These can't hold the contents of a shot glass. I will not buy these tiny "postage stamps" ever again. The other problem is the wrapping - it is difficult to open the sealed wrap for us older men with neuropathy. I am sad that I have to ask for help to open them. Please - take them off the market. Bring back the larger more absorbent ones. These are worthless. Do NOT buy these - they'll never hold your leaks.

I am 77 years old. I need a guard in my underwear at all times to catch little dribbles.

Beware of the small size of these. We all know how our boy likes to roam, and, frankly, these don’t cover the real estate that regular guards do. If you need to frequently adjust your boy’s position, stick with regular guards. Your pants will thank you.

When placed in the correct area of a men's underwear they perform nicely. Catching any drips or squirts that may occur at odd times.
