What's the difference between the radiant and the natural? Thank you.

I have never tried the natural only the radiant loose powder by Milani and I can tell you that it leaves a Shear healthy-looking glow with a bit of a sparkle on the skin, I think it's really beautiful.

If I use the Melani conceal and perfect light Beige 03 foundation what color powder do I need to use
