“ The Last Letter is a haunting, heartbreaking and ultimately inspirational love story.“― InTouch Weekly Beckett, If you’re reading this, well, you know the last-letter drill. You made it. I didn’t. Get off the guilt train, because I know if there was any chance you could have saved me, you would have. I need one thing from you: get out of the army and get to Telluride. My little sister Ella’s raising the twins alone. She’s too independent and won’t accept help easily, but she has lost our grandmother, our parents, and now me. It’s too much for anyone to endure. It’s not fair. And here’s the kicker: there’s something else you don’t know that’s tearing her family apart. She’s going to need help. So if I’m gone, that means I can’t be there for Ella. I can’t help them through this. But you can. So I’m begging you, as my best friend, go take care of my sister, my family. Please don’t make her go through it alone. Quick Read, It’s Sad Tho
It’s a great book, a little bit of a suspend your imagination at times but it’s an easy read that makes you root for every character. It’s a sad book but not in how you suspect. I love Yarros books so if you do too then I recommend you read this book.

phenomenal
Absolutely blown away by this book. I’ve never loved all the characters & have been so shocked by the unexpected curveballs thrown at them. This book will have your heart & emotions deeply rooted, feeling as though you truly know the characters or are a part of the story. It’s sweet enough but not cheesy or annoying. It has plenty of depth & factors playing into the storyline, but not the kind you get confused or feel like it’s just BS. The characters and conflicts were realistic & mostly all relatable. I thoroughly really enjoyed this book & the ease of reading it. Highly recommend!!!! You may want to keep some tissues handy! & that’s coming from someone who doesn’t normally have much emotional reaction to any books.

Book Review
I was not prepared for how hard this book would hit. This book completely wrecked me in the best and worst way. From the start, you can feel that something heavy is coming and it keeps this quiet tension that never really lets you relax. The characters felt so real and raw, especially Ella and Beckett. Their connection was built through letters, which made everything feel more intimate and personal. I loved how their relationship grew slowly but deeply and how much love and pain was wrapped into every interaction. You really feel their hope, fear and longing. What got me the most was the emotional depth. This book isn’t just about romance, it’s about grief, sacrifice, family and surviving loss. There were multiple moments where I had to put the book down because my chest physically hurt. Rebecca Yarros does an amazing job of making you feel everything alongside the characters. Overall, this book is beautiful, heartbreaking and unforgettable. It’s the kind of book that stays with you long after you finish it and makes you think about love in a deeper way.

A Captivating Tale of Family, Grief, and Love
This novel is filled with emotion and heart, leaving a lasting impression long after the final page. One of the most compelling aspects of the story is the depth of the male protagonist’s feelings. Without ever truly meeting his best friend’s sister, he falls for her simply through her letters, creating a connection that feels both tender and genuine. His devotion to her after her brother’s death is especially moving, as he becomes fiercely protective of her and her children, determined to care for and support them through their grief. The twins also bring so much warmth to the story. Their love for their mother and for each other adds an emotional depth that makes the family dynamic feel authentic and heartfelt. The relationships throughout the novel are beautifully written, capturing both the pain of loss and the comfort of love and loyalty. The writing itself is touching and engaging, with moments that make you smile just as easily as they pull at your heart. The storyline is captivating from beginning to end, constantly drawing you in and leaving you eager to keep reading to discover what happens next. Overall, this is a beautifully written and emotionally rich story that will resonate with readers who enjoy heartfelt romance and family-centered narratives.

no tears from me
I was gonna FLIP if Ella didn’t get her act together. This is the kind of book where somehow you feel attached to these fictional characters & find yourself rooting for their success. I’m not a romance girly, but I can honestly say I enjoyed this book. I was flipping through pages faster than expected.

Beautiful beautiful story!
Kindle. Though I found a little bit weird to write letters to someone you don’t know, it was a beautiful story. I enjoyed it very much and shed one or two (or a thousand) tears. Read the trigger warnings because as a mother of a little one some parts were heavy and heart-breaking.
