Perfect! I am a senior and yes, I have "shrunk"! Items at the top of my kitchen cupboards I could reach a year ago, I now cannot! I have chronic dizziness, so standing on a chair is impossible. This little stool is cute, it folds up neatly and flat and I can now reach my top cupboard! it is very stable, easy to take to other parts of the house and I feel safe on it. Simple fold out and it is ready for me-another very fine purchase!

Love, love, love this little step stool. I have an aluminum ladder in my closet but sometimes don’t have the space to open it when I can’t reach an item. That’s when this little guy comes in handy. It leans against the wall, I grab it and it takes up very little floor space to open up and there’s no problem getting on the top of it with the step on the side. I’m no spring chick anymore when I used to get on a high stool easily. So, it is higher than a regular stool but yet easy to get on top of it.

I have purchase several foldable step stools on Amazon. Most of the ones I have had before were not very durable. For context, I weight about 205 lbs and most of them claim to be rated for up to 300 lbs. The previous stools I have purchased broke, mostly in the folding mechanism. This one seems to be much studier than my previous ones. The folding mechanism is more robust as well as the feet that make contact with the floor. It is a little more difficult to unfold as it doesn't have any handles on the sides, but nothing that is a deal breaker. We'll see how it goes. If it makes it 6 months, I am happy...

Great little ladder for those tight spots. It’s incredibly sturdy for its size and supports my full weight. Compact size makes storage a breeze. And it’s also versatile and works as a nice chair when doing low line things around the house and garden.

Just the right height for shaving your legs in the shower. Folds up and does not take up much space when folded up.

Purchased the 16in 2 step version for my toddler to use in our bathroom and it has been great so far! I like that we can easily pop it out of the way and lean it next to the vanity when guests are over. This product is not marketed for toddlers- and there are definitely some finger pinching points in the design- but with adequate supervision I have no issues using this for a toddler. I also use it to sit next to the tub during bath time and it's a comfortable height.

This is perfect for an old man (my husband) to get into the back of his truck. It is well made and it folds up very compactly and very easily. However, you have to be careful not to put your fingers very far into the holes at the top when closing it or you will get your fingers pinched. It does take two hands to easily open it. You can do it with one, but not with big hands and work gloves on. Also, to store it in his truck, he slips it under the driver side seat and it doesn't get in the way of any of the adjustment functions.

A lot of reviews mentioned the risk of pinching fingers as the stool folds closed. Forewarned is prepared. I haven't had an issue as I place my hands carefully to avoid getting pinched. The stool is a little taller than similar ones from other manufacturers, but this one has a dainty step at the front, so I stop lightly there then up onto the top surface. It folds flat but the little step protrudes - just a bit. If planning to stope in a narrow space (such as next to the refrigerator) make allowance for the step.
